Sandstone 70 condo description
Our Condo is located in the Sandstone area of Vail, a short walk to the pedestrian overpass to Lionshead and a 5-minute bus ride to Vail Village. Newly remodeled, it is comfortably and tastefully designed with a clean, contemporary feel. Two bedrooms and a bath are located downstairs along with the living Room and a fully stocked modern kitchen. With views of Vail Mountain, the loft is like its own apartment, including a full and twin bed, TV, and a beautiful, spacious bathroom. All beds are made with white linens with down duvet fills and pillows. Bathrooms are stocked with hotel white towels.
Spend a summer evening grilling on the deck, with gorgeous mountain views and Sandstone creek rushing below, OR a cozy winter night in front of the wood burning fireplace. This condo is the perfect location for a romantic couples getaway or warm family gathering.
Washer and dryer are new as of winter 2010/2011.
Perfectly located in the heart of Vail, walk 30 seconds from our front door to the free bus into the village. The condo is surrounded by hiking and biking trails – no need to drive anywhere! World-class mountain biking, fishing and golfing are just minutes away. In winter, some of North America’s BEST skiing, snowshoeing, and snowmobiling are all at your fingertips.
On a case-by-case basis, pets are allowed, however, one dog at a time. With hiking trails right out the door and dogs in the area to play with, your dog will be very happy. We do not stock any dog supplies so make sure you bring your own. **Unfortunately we cannot allow dogs that are constant barkers due to concern for our neighbors**. A pet deposit is required for those who travel with their pets.
Unlike many listings you will see, this condo is privately owned and privately listed (not part of a property management company). We are currently renting for the Winter 11/12 and Summer 2012.

A GREAT condo! Stayed here the weekend of 7/14 - 7/17. Great location with a bus stop close by. Condo was imaculate. Very contemporary with upgrades through out. My 15 year old son loved the loft. It was like his own "mancave" I guess. The Sheridan family was GREAT to deal with and very quick to respond to any questions I had via text messages. Neighbors were friendly and quiet which was also a big plus. A super place to stay in the Vail Valley for sure!!

About the owner: Kirsten and I met in Vail and spend most of the year in New York City. Together with our two toddlers, we spend summers in Vail. Our Condo means a lot to us and is stocked with all the amenities we, and you, will need.

My first drive into Vail Valley in the summer of 2001 was enough to make me know I had to buy a place there. Meeting my now wife (a Vail "local" at the time) confirmed it was the right decision. I still have many friends and memories from that 1st summer in Vail.
