This is a lovely apartment in the Stratford Park complex which is adjacent to the Reston Town Center. The location is ideal. You can walk to restaurants, movies, shopping and a vibrant town center with musical concerts and even outdoor ice skating in the winter.
There are also bike trails that come near the complex so you can choose to do outdoor walks or biking through the green town of Reston. The condo is a 10 minute drive (or $18 cab ride) from Dulles International Airport and you can easily drive to the beautiful city of Washington D.C. in 30 minutes to enjoy the free world-class museums or other attractions.
The condo itself is nicely furnished and enjoys a treeline view. You have access to the condo clubhouse which includes a swimming pool and gym.

We have owned this property for eight years and have enjoyed it ourselves. We live locally and would like to offer it as a vacation rental for short term tenants. Our preference is for tenants who would like to stay for a minimum of one month.

We were drawn to this condo because of its ideal location at the Reston Town Center. It is also a great combination of beautiful and fun surroundings with convenient access to Washington D.C. and Dulles airport.
The Unique Benefits of this Condominium
Walk to some of the best restaurants in Reston, walk for the evening to either a great movie, a coffee in the outside courtyard of the Town Center or a bustling concert. No need to look for parking as you live right nearby. The condo is itself quiet and peaceful.
