Spectacular seaside villa on 2.5 acres on the Sea of Cortez with 300 feet of beach frontage. Grand main room under palapa has kitchen, dining area and living room with satellite TV. Music throughout indoors and out. There is also an indoor kitchen and LR and computer room with rapid internet which can be converted into an extra bedroom to sleep 2/trundle bed. Every bedroom with has a private bath, TV and AC. Property includes exercise room, laundry room, kayaks, snorkeling equipment, pool and hot tub. Local community: it is a delight to arrange fishing trips, whale watching excursions in season (January-March) with local fishermen and you should not miss a trip to San Jose, La Paz or Cabo. Daily maid service at renters' cost available and house manager lives adjacent to property. Since there is no telephone service-enjoy the peacefulness of being remote but still being in contact via the internet.
Baja California Sur: El Cardonal is a spectacular combination of palm trees, mountains, desert and the ocean all rolled into one location with quiet, untouched beaches to walk, kayak and snorkel. A beautiful coral reef is within walking or kayaking distance from the house. The Cactus Market- which offers a variety of groceries is minutes from the house and a local taco stand opens on the weekends. The people of El Cardonal are both friendly and delightful.
LOs Barriles the closest bigger town is a 30 minute drive South where you can enjoy dinner at one of the local restaurants, souvenir shopping and there are also two bigger supermarkets for your grocery shopping.

While visiting friends in the Baja we came across this magical property on the ocean with the beauty of the cactus, palm trees, mountains and sandy beaches and we knew at once we would return to this spot. Then we were lucky enough to purchase this secluded hide away in the charming and remote village of El Cardonal.
