My boyfriend and I have rented many condos over the years in Winter Park. You can't go wrong with this one. The layout is well thought out for a studio. A comfortable bed is high up on our wish list and this bed is extremely comfortable (great mattress). The TV is a flat screen on a swinging arm so you can see it from everywhere. There is private WIFI in the unit which you rarely find in rentals. Brand new appliances in the kitchen and beautiful wood floors throughout. A comfy leather couch by the fire to relax on and a private deck with a sliding glass door to view the mountains. It really is a gem. We will be back again for sure!

My girlfriend and I stay here over new years and were very happy with it. The condo was very clean, updated and the owner is great to work with. Great location in Winter Park with plenty of restaurants very close. Less than 5 min drive to the mountain. We would definitely stay here again.

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon and we had a wonderful time! The condo was the perfect size for two. The fireplace created a cozy atmosphere. The TV was on an adjustable arm so you could watch from TV from the cozy couch and bed. The kitchen had all needed appliances for cooking at the condo if you're looking to save money instead of eating out. The condo was very clean and we had a small problem one day in which the owner came to our rescue and fixed the problem within minutes. The condo is close to skiing, walking distance to dining, close to a really cool and very steep sledding area, and within a quick drive to Grand Lake as well. If we return to Winter Park in the future we will definitely be seeking a stay here again. Thank you!

My wife and I spent Christmas here and absolutely loved it. We were a little concerned about it being a studio, but there was more space than expected. The unit has been completely renovated and is in great condition; practically brand new. Right in the heart of Winter Park, you can easily walk to the best Pizza Shop and Sushi Bar in town. If you are considering this unit, stop thinking about it and book it. You won't regret it.
