This is a jewel of a house that is beautifully decorated with ceiling fans through out. Wicker seating in the covered entry area looks out through lush vegetation over the lake and tennis courts across the street. Next to the tennis courts are the lovely club house,large salt water pool, and walking path around the lake. A perfect place for a morning cup of coffee.
Unusually landscaped large lanai. Palm trees, large heated in-ground Spa, new cushioned seating, glass table and four chairs for outdoor eating, two fountains and the privacy of the lush vegetation make this a truly unique and relaxing location. Complete and updated kitchen with granite counter tops and all the appliances, fully stocked with dishes and linens, pots and pans, pantry, everything you need. Two leather stools at the breakfast bar.
Tiled living area is wonderfully inviting with bamboo and glass dining set, two wicker and bamboo cushioned chairs, comfy couch, writing desk and palm ceiling fan. One King and one Queen bed in bedrooms. Each bedroom has it's own full bath and is separated from the other bedroom by the living space. Master suite includes wood floor with walk-in closet, large glassed shower, jetted tub and patio doors to the lanai.Master bath just remodeled with Travertine marble in March 2012.
Den has new 42' flat screen TV with cable Netflicks and internet included],stereo system and new couch.
The beautiful public library is just a few blocks away as is Publix's grocery store, Walgreen's, C.V.S.,and several restaurants and shopping.
Plenty of soft towels, beach towels, beach chairs and beach umbrella.. Newer bikes along with the new washer and dryer in the garage. The garage has space for one car. Extra parking available on the driveway.
This quiet neighborhood is ideal for adults. Evenings spent in the generous spa with artistic solar lighting illuminating the palm trees and vegetation with a cool drink in hand is a great way to end a busy day on the golf course, shopping or at the beach.
No pets allowed and rental for ONE MONTH minimum.

Great location, close to everything - beaches, shopping and dining. Tennis courts and pool across the street. Within walking distance to several restaurants and shops. Interior of the house is very clean and lovely. We felt right at home and relaxed on the large, very private lanai in the evenings and had our coffee on the front porch in the mornings. The hot tub was great fun as were the bikes and tennis racquets. The beach is only a few miles away and beach chairs and umbrella came in very handy! The owners were excellent people to do business with and very helpful. We highly recommend this house!Recommended for: Age 55+, girls getaway, romantic getaway.

Couldn't have asked for a more perfect place with proximity to restaurants, shopping, sights and a farmer's market on Saturday mornings. The owner listing was totally accurate. Highly recommend.Recommended for: Age 55+, girls getaway, tourists without a car.

This house sparkles! It is so clean and has such a cozy feeling. We felt right at home and relaxed the minute we got there. It is modern, but practical and functional. Everything we needed was available including beach towels and chairs (except I forgot to bring my own body soap). I loved the spacious master bedroom closet and bathroom with plush towels. We used the pool right across the street and felt like it was our own private pool, since we had it to ourselves several times. We never used the hot tub, but loved sitting on the screened in patio in the mornings. The neighborhood is so quiet that we began to wonder if anyone lived there. My husband found great running paths around the lake and went for a bike ride down to the ocean. The beach is just a short drive and there are so many places to access the beach. We went to a different location each time. Each location has a "shower" to rinse your feet and metered parking so remember to bring change. There is a grocery store within walking distance and Naples has hundreds of great restaurants. We loved the Calistoga Bakery Cafe right around the corner. Overall this is a wonderful house because it is extremely CLEAN, quiet and in a perfect location. Naples is one of the most beautiful cities we have ever been in. Thank you to the owners for a wonderful stay!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

The house is exactly as described and far more. The rooms are stylish and elegantly decorated but still the house feels like home. There are lovely cushions on big comfortable sofas and chairs to sink into. There is every possible gadget you could want in the kitchen and a smashing barbeque outside. The living area is spacious and grand leading to the master bedroom suite one side and the other bedroom, bathroom and den the other. Although we were at the house, just the two of us, if you were 4 people staying you would have your own privacy. There is also a vast garage with a utility area. I especially loved the outside area to the house with the large covered lanai ( we would call it a patio or terrace) with the spa pool and “jungle” beyond. We ate every meal outside under cover if it was raining or in the sunshine if not. It was peaceful outside but full of birds, frogs and little lizards to watch or listen to. The pool was lovely to go into when it was hot after being on the beach. The area the house is situated is close to Naples if you want nice restaurants and shops and close to stunning beaches and islands within 1/2 hour drive. You can easily explore the Everglades and Miami within a couple of hours. We also found the neighbours really kind and helpful. The owners, Diane Jim and Fiona, are a pleasure to rent from. About the owner: Active couple into early retirement and have property in three locations. We are small business owners in the Madison, Wisconsin area. We have three grown children, four grandchildren and a golden retriever named Buddy. We like to spend time in our cabin in the north woods of Wisconsin and the Naples, Florida area. We have a Goldwing motorcycle and a busy life.
