Very family friendly ground floor 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo facing beautiful courtyard. Condo is in a very private location with no steps and full view of two outdoor pools, hot tub, grill and sand volleyball court from your own balcony. Master bedroom has king and private bath, second bedroom has two twin beds and a queen sofa sleeper in living area with second bath in main area.
Flat screen TV with a Wii makes for hours of fun and family time in case of rainy days. Resort is very family friendly with gated security. Complex has fitness gym, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, outdoor pools, close to golf courses and biking trails. Additional TV in master bedroom.
DEPOSIT:
Security Deposit is due immediately to reserve your dates. This is a damage deposit which will be refunded upon inspection after departure to ensure condo was left as required in rental information with no damages.
PAYMENT:
The rent, tax and cleaning fees are due 60 days prior to your arrival.

My husband and I stayed at this property the first week of May. We found the condo very well maintained and very comfortable with plenty of room - it could easily accommodate 6. It also looked like it had a fresh coat of paint. We especially liked it being on the first floor with easy access and with the balcony opening to the beautiful courtyard with the swimming pools. The owners were very easy to work with and were very prompt in answering all the questions we had. With the choice of several pools and the ocean just a short walk down the boardwalk, we were able to completely relax and enjoy the amenities and the sun. While on the beach we saw dolphins and stingrays swim by. In the courtyard we saw several rabbits. The one day it rained we took advantage of the outlet malls close by and the "all you can eat fried shrimp" at the Shrimp Basket - delicious! The other days we chose to stay at the property and cook our meals there - the kitchen was fully furnished and a grill in the courtyard provided all our needs. I would definitely recommend this property to friends and relatives. And we are already looking forward to our next visit!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers, people with disabilities.

This was a wonderful place to stay. My family has stayed at the Plantation many, many times before and it has never disappointed us. This stay in this condo was no exception. We actually had the room for the end of July before my wife broke her ankle and we couldn't go. The owners were so considerate that they allowed us to pick another time later in the year. We chose late October, and it was the best trip to Gulf Shores that we have ever had. My 3 1/2 year old had the time of his life. I would definitely encourage anyone to deal with these owners. Their place was very nice, and the kindness with which we were handled was unparalleled! They also have the most swift responses to emails that I have ever encountered. Thanks again for allowing us to stay for the week. It definitely go down as one of the best vacations we have ever had as a family.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children.
