Relax in the sun by one of the 7 outdoor pools, take a late night swim in the heated indoor pool or lounge in the moonlight in one of the hot tubs. Also take advantage of the basketball court, tennis court, shuffle board or battle each other on the Wii.
Very family friendly ground floor 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo facing beautiful courtyard. Condo is in a very private location with no steps and full view of one of the 7 outdoor pools and sand volleyball court from your own balcony. Master bedroom has king and private bath, second bedroom has two twin beds and a queen sofa sleeper in living area with second bath in main area.
Flat screen TV with a Wii makes for hours of fun and family time in case of rainy days. Resort is very family friendly with gated security. Complex has fitness gym, indoor and outdoor hot tubs and 8 pools, sauna room, close to golf courses and biking trails. Additional TV in master bedroom.
DEPOSIT:
Security Deposit is due immediately to reserve your dates. This is a damage deposit which will be refunded upon inspection after departure to ensure condo was left as required in rental information with no damages.
PAYMENT:
The rent, tax and cleaning fees are due 60 days prior to your arrival.

We have rented condos in this facility for over 15 years. The facility is always well kept and maintained, family friendly and peaceful. Complex offers all the amenities you need if you wish to just arrive, kick back and never leave such as outdoor grills, game room, coffee and sandwich shop, etc. Also close to great restaurants, theme parks and shopping.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
Going to the beach, reading a great book, swimming, BBQ'ing, shopping and enjoying nearby great restaurants but mainly quality family time.

This was a wonderful place to stay. My family has stayed at the Plantation many, many times before and it has never disappointed us. This stay in this condo was no exception. We actually had the room for the end of July before my wife broke her ankle and we couldn't go. The owners were so considerate that they allowed us to pick another time later in the year. We chose late October, and it was the best trip to Gulf Shores that we have ever had. My 3 1/2 year old had the time of his life. I would definitely encourage anyone to deal with these owners. Their place was very nice, and the kindness with which we were handled was unparalleled! They also have the most swift responses to emails that I have ever encountered. Thanks again for allowing us to stay for the week. It definitely go down as one of the best vacations we have ever had as a family.
