Condo has been updated with new furnishings and linens. Flat screen TV with a Wii makes for hours of fun and family time in case of rainy days. Resort is very family friendly with gated security. Complex has fitness gym, indoor and outdoor hot tubs and pools, sauna room, close to golf courses and biking trails.

DEPOSIT:
Security Deposit is due immediately to reserve your dates. This is a damage deposit which will be refunded upon inspection after departure to ensure condo was left as required in rental information with no damages.
PAYMENT:
The rent, tax and cleaning fees are due two weeks prior to your arrival. Upon receipt, rental information and entry codes to condo will be furnished.
