Margaritaville is the ultimate beach house for large family gatherings. Totally renovated and improved – make new memories – same old rates. Located in historic downtown Grayton Beach and offering rare, year-round sunset views and sweeping vistas across magnificent sea oat covered sand dunes to the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico, this large 4000 square foot home has 7 bedrooms, 7 baths and sleeps up to 28 people. Recently renovated and redecorated with all new furniture, mattresses, and bed linens. Located steps from the famous Red Bar restaurant, you are surrounded by the beachfront, the gulf and state park land.
First Floor/Outside: Entry features wrap-around porch equipped with 3 Adirondack chairs and bench. Charcoal grill and outdoor picnic table. Outdoor shower with privacy stall. Parking for 4 cars in gravel driveway. Large main living area, kitchen, dining area and a full bath encompass the entire ground floor. Living room has 2 seating areas – first has 2 slipper chairs, queen sleeper sofa, LCD TV, DVD and lamp. Second seating area has queen sleeper sofa with lounging section, 2 plush side chairs, 2 ottomans and lamp. House offers wireless internet connectivity. Multiple dining options are offered including a little table and chairs for small children, raised table and 4 bar stools, main dining table seating 6, secondary dining table seating 6, and breakfast bar seating for 4. Kitchen features stainless steel countertops and appliances including a Subzero frig, 2 ovens, 6-burner gas stovetop with separate griddle area, 2 dishwashers, separate icemaker, microwave and large sink. Separate pantry for food storage, center island with 2 barstools for food prep or serving, and 2 coffee makers and 2 blenders for the crowd. Hall bath with walk-in shower and outside entry door.
Second Floor: Four bedrooms and 3 baths on this floor. Hibiscus bedroom has king bed, armoire, one bedside table with lamp, chest of drawers, 27” TV/DVD, and private bath with tub/shower. Blue Skies bedroom has queen bed, bedside chest with lamp, bureau with mirror, armoire and French door to wraparound balcony with gulf front views. Yellow Bird bedroom has king bed, 2 bedside tables, 2 lamps, armoire, chest of drawers, 20” TV/DVD, French door to balcony, and a private bath with jetted tub/shower. Sugar Sand bedroom has 2 bunk beds with double sleeper sofas on the bottom bunks and twins on the top bunk, 27” TV, chest of drawers and French door to balcony. Hall bath has walk-in shower.
Third Floor: Coral Reef bedroom has a queen bed, bunk with 2 twins, bedside table with lamp, chest of drawers, armoire, private bath with shower and pedestal sink. Door from bathroom leads to screened porch. Calypso bedroom has king bed, bedside table with lamp, bureau, 27” TV, armoire, French door to balcony and private bath with vanity sink and tub/shower. Hall bath has vanity sink and shower. Morning kitchen has bar sink, mini frig, dishwasher, and counter with 3 barstools. Laundry room has heavy duty capacity washer/dryer. Kids living area has queen sleeper sofa, 2 side chairs, side table with lamp, 21” TV, French doors leading to wrap-around balcony with gorgeous gulf views. Hall bath has vanity sink and shower.
Fourth Floor: Spiral staircase leads to 4th story crow’s nest. Two twin beds, double futon sleeper sofa, 2 side tables, lamp, 21” TV/DVD and foosball table.
Events, such as weddings, are allowed in the home for an additional fee.

The weather was beautiful! Blue skies, sunny, beautiful breeze. We played balderdash and Corn Hole on the beach, relaxed, went shark fishing, walked on the beach. Had great food, drinks and music at Red Bar (good beans in the Bloody Mary's!) & Pandora's. 3 families can live together and have fun without killing each other! Awesome vacation - Thanks!

A family gathering with 31 of us (some stayed at Firenze) - north meets south! The weather was sunny & hot, with p.m. rains that had awesome lightning. "Family Traditions" fishing charter with Capt. Van was awesome - caught fish that Chef Anne at Shorty's prepared (tasted great!). Great artists and lots of fun shops. Great fun for adults at Shorty's - music and dancing makes for a good night's sleep. Renewing family ties with our southern cousins and knowing how important family is - moments & little details that mattered.

The weather was beautiful, with showers on and off every day. We went crab hunting, visited the Red Bar & Shorty's, did Zumba everyday, watched slideshows & fireworks. We took over 2,000 pictures, went to Publix at least three times a day, enjoyed home-cooked meals every night, sat on the beach and loved the seaweed in our pants!
