This is a beautifully landscaped property within a five minute walk to the beach. The screened in pool provides an area to relax and spend time with friends and family and has a playground for the children just outside the screened area. The pool is equipped with an alarm which sounds when the water is entered and can be disabled while pool is in use.
The rec room includes a full size pool table, an air hockey table and dart board for those rainy days, and there is a fire place in the family room when it is cool out. The two car garage provide ample room for cars, motorcycles, bicycles, etc. and the paved circular driveway has parking for an RV or boat.
The master bedroom has a queen sized bed and cable TV. Two of the guest rooms have twin beds, and the fourth bedroom also has a queen sized bed and cable TV. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed for an enjoyable visit, with pots, pans, dishes, coffee maker, dish towels, and even a second oven. Why the Owner Chose Ormond Beach
We chose to purchase this property because of the location to the ocean and river, the size, number of bedrooms, pool and the overall condition of the property.
The Unique Benefits at this House
We are 1500 feet from the ocean and about the same distance from the inter-coastal waterway. Many good restaurants are within a short distance of the house and we can walk to Publix grocery store. Disney World and other Orlando attractions are less than 90 minutes away, St. Augustine is approximately 45 minutes, and Cape Kennedy is about one hour. The Daytona International Speedway is 12 miles from the house. We enjoy spending time at the pool, and playing billiards in the rec room, which also includes air hockey and a dart board. We have a big screen TV in the family room, high speed internet, front loading washer and dryer, dish washer, convection range and an additional wall oven, two car garage, bicycles, and gas grill.

Great house! The pictures and house/amenities descriptions are very accurate. It was nice having linens/towels/beach towels/beach chairs/fishing poles included. The house is wonderful for a family vacation - the air hockey and pool tables helped keep the kids (and adults) entertained. The pool is very nice and has useful accessories (floats, noodles, etc). The beach was really close and was enjoyed several times. It's a great house at a very reasonable price and we hope to stay there again!

What a great vacation home!!! A few minutes walk to the beach or a great place to bike along the shore. The screened pool and lovely deck add so much to the excellent accommodations. This home provides everything you need for a great stay at the beach!! Cannot wait to return in January 2011.

We visited in March of 2009 and loved the house. It was clean and roomy and just perfect for that late winter get away to Florida. The house is just a short walk to the beach and having a pool in the back yard was a great place to spend the evenings. We hope this house is available when we decide to return to Daytona.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and roomy. We were able to walk to the beach and enjoy many of the great restaurants nearby. The kitchen was great for fixing meals when we just wanted to stay "home" and enjoy the pool.

We were so glad to see that this property is still available, we're planning a return trip. The descriptions given in the ad are very accurate, there are no unpleasant surprises when you arrive. The property is in wonderful shape, and everything you need is there for your use. In addition to being a five minute walk from the ocean, there is also a parking area at the access point, in case you want to take coolers, chairs, etc. in a vehicle. Screened in pool is also a plus, especially for relaxing in the evening.

We stayed here with a group of friends and had a great time. The house is spacious, so no one felt trapped. The description of the house is accurate. The pool is fantastic, and the beach is 5-minute walk away. The beach itself is very nice. I can't wait to go back.

We spent a week at the house in late July 09, our visit was great!! The house is in great shape with lots of room, guests do not feel like they are on top of one another. Let's not forget the pool, wow! The beach is a within walking distance (5 mins tops)and very laid back. For a little excitement, Datonya Beach is right up the road. Great getaway!

The house description and photos are very accurate. The house is in a nice neighborhood and has all the amenities we were hoping for. The rooms are very spacious and having the pool to relax in was great! The walk to the beach took only about 5 minutes - having beach towels/chairs available was a nice convenience. We would recommend this home to anyone and we definitely plan to vacation here again.

Everything listed in the ad is true, the walk to to beach is 5 minutes and having a pool available is a great perk. The drive into Daytona and surrounding areas is easy and there is a lot to do outside. The house itself is in great shape with lots of room, so guests do not feel like they are on top of one another.
