We have been visiting Emerald Isle for 20+ years and have been fortunate to own this condo 4+ yrs. Emerald Isle is one of the best kept secrets for beach fun in NC. Sound of the Sea is a gated community so the beach area is exclusive to owners and guests.
Why the Owner Chose Emerald Isle
Emerald Isle affords us easy access to a great beach. It has all the amenities we need, most within walking distance. However, even though you can walk to a number of shops/stores etc. the complex is set back enough on plenty of acreage so it is extremely quite and relaxing. Grounds are very well maintained.
The Unique Benefits of this Condominium
Walking to the pier and/or surf-fishing. A variety of shops/restaurants in Emerald Isle, Swansboro and Atlantic Beach. The NC Aquarium is close and water slides, mini-golf and go-carts are close by and always fun. Or just lounging on the beach with a good book.
