Enjoy spacious patios and balconies and stellar sunsets over the hills. This is the perfect location for beach activities and adventure tours, only 25 minutes from Liberia Int'l Airport (LIR).

Why the Owner Chose Playa Hermosa
This area of Costa Rica is very beautiful but it also has a very lively night life. The house sits between two towns that are about 4 to 5 miles apart, so you get the best of both worlds, Private beaches in two miles or town with plenty of shopping & night life in two miles. Its the perfect setting with a view that is spectacular. The house has two full kitchens both with views one on the pool deck level and one on 2nd floor
The Unique Benefits of this House
The complete side of the house, The living room, the kitchens, the master bedroom, the Casida below, the pool deck, and the two balconies all have the most beautiful views of Coco Bay and it also over looks the town of Coco. When you are in the pool you see it all. The pool has a mural of the underwater sea with fish and a waterfall that runs down the mural. Just gorgeous! The house is equipped with an alarm system for your safety.
