Why the Owner Chose Surprise
This is our winter home as it rains a lot in Oregon in the winter. However, this year we will be staying in Oregon so we can fix up the Oregon home for eventual sale.

We love the weather, golf, tennis, Osher Long Life classes, Great Books club, Hiking club and it is close to our grandkids.
Owner's Map of Surprise
We spent last year in Africa where Marna worked for the U.S. State Dept. as an English Language Fellow to the country of Namibia. Currently we are in Oregon at our summer homes in Eugene and Salishan. We will return to Arizona first of November 2009.
