We have been leasing this home for the last 4 years both in November and April. Having rented in Palm Beach since 1987 we have found this home to be our best experience. It is 1 block from the beach and a few blocks to the bike path. Rooms are spacious with the 3 bedrooms all at opposite ends of the home each with their own private bath. Great back yard with a nice built in outdoor grille and many lounges and tables for eating. Nice pool and basketball court for those athletically inclined. We believe this to be the best North End location.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, people with disabilities, sightseeing, families with young children.

The property was beyond my expectations. We have been coming to Palm Beach for many years and this is the nicest, most well kept home we have rented. The decor is great, very beachy and comfortable. The location is steps from the best beach in the area and only a few minutes drive to town. We will rent it every time we visit.
