If you need to conduct business there is a fully paneled office and the whole house has wireless internet. There is a total of over 5,000 sq ft of living space to enjoy. Whether your going from the theater on level one to the rooftop deck for sunset and cocktails you can always take the elevator 4 levels.

This house will sleep 8+. It is a smart house with custom Lutron lighting, Crestron controls for setting your own scene to music and lighting, Cat 5 wireless internet. There is a theater with a 143 inch screen and 9 remote controlled leather chairs for comfort. This will blow you away!!!!!
The roof top deck has seating for six at dinner or cocktails two lounge chairs a barbeque and fireplace all with panoramic views of Point Loma the Bridge, Downtown Skyline, Hotel Del, and Blue Water.
