My wife and I bought our Palm Desert after spending several weekends over a two year span in the Palm Springs area on vacation. We purchased our home for the close proximity to the JW Marriott resort, El Paseo specialty shops/restaurants, nearby La Quinta and Rancho Mirage's "River" entertainment complex. Nestled in a quiet upscale residential neighborhood the home is the ideal retreat from the hectic pace of everyday life, but minutes to all the fine shopping, dining and entertainment the area has to offer.

Private pool and spa is without a doubt a fantastic feature our home has to offer. This is a one of a kind get away if you are looking to relax and find a quiet and clean home close to golf, shops etc.

Sunshine, pool, quiet neighborhood, close to shopping, golf courses and sightseeing...What more could you ask for in a vacation spot. We thoroghly enjoyed and will be going back for many years.

As we walked through the private courtyard leading to the front door, we noticed how warm and inviting the house was. The fully furnished house offered us all the ammenities we expected, including a full kitchen, washer and dryer. We rented the home for a golf vacation but it would also be perfect for a family or a romantic escape. Our greatest pleasure was relaxing in the private backyard which had a beautiful heated pool and spa surrounded by chairs and loungers. Both the interior and exterior of the home exceeded our expectations for our desert golf vacation.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, adventure seekers, age 55+, girls getaway, people with disabilities.

My family has stayed at this house numerous times, and had an excellent vacation each time. The place is clean, spacious, and includes a fantastic (and private) pool and jacuzzi. Unlike most rentals, it's the kind of place you could imagine as your own home. And it's centrally located, putting you just minutes from all the great activities to enjoy in the Coachella Valley.

Great place to stay and enjoy everything Palm Springs has to offer. The Ammenities are in good condition and the home is located in a very quiet neighborhood and only minutes away from golf courses and restaurants.

Great house; nice, family-friendly neighborhood close to some excellent restaurants, golf courses and shopping. And don't forget Agua Caliente, the best local casino!
