Colonial Country Club (CCC) and the surrounding area offer you as much activity or as much relaxation as you choose. The club’s main feature is the beautiful 18 hole Troon- Managed golf course, aqua range, and putting greens. Very few communities offer golf included, but at CCC, for a one time transfer fee of $212.00 and then a cart fee of $32 you can play. That is a very good price. CCC also has ten tennis courts, eight of which are lighted and feature Har Tru surfaces, available for enjoyment. Two private community and clubhouse pools are also available for your use. The large fitness center boasts all of the state-of-art-equipment. A beautiful dining room and grill area provide comfortable eating areas at the main Clubhouse. Enjoy a relaxing on the lanai by the pool, or in your own private hot tub. The surrounding area offers a multitude of activities, legendary miles of white sand beaches and all imaginable water activities, to museums and wildlife to shopping and dining. The Ft. Myers area and Southwest Florida has it all.
