Stay in our lovely home with Complete Privacy in the best spot in the Coachella Valley. Huge Yard with Koi ponds, waterfalls, pool(with enclosing fence with locking gate upon request for children), Jacuzzi, play gym, surround sound throughout the yard, gazebo, and in every room in the house which can be controlled, and depending on season a wide assortment of fruit trees.
We have an entirely enclosed yard and a front gate that locks. Large glass doors throughout and patios all around the house and pool. We have some toys for the pool and activities for youngsters.
Master has a king bed with memory foam, Large TV, Cable/DVDR/DVD, attached bathroom with sunken tub and shower, large walk-in closet, with private access and patio..
Guest Bedroom is a queen with memory foam, TV, Cable, DVD, walking closet, private entrance and patio.
Office has a computer, printer, TV, Cable, Treadmill, weights, yoga mats, balls.
Living Room has new furniture, gas fireplace, piano, TV/DVD/DVDR/Cable/Video Library/CD/Radio/IPod/Entertainment Center.
Kitchen has everything a cook would love, gas range, mixer, processor, dishwasher...etc
Minutes from El Paseo, Living Desert, COD, McCallum Theater, The westfield shopping center, public driving range, public tennis courts, parks, dog parks and a skate park...we are close to everything.
