Kayaking, snorkeling, windsurfing, kite surfing, and sun bathing are only steps away for the fortunate few vacationing here. A spacious 600 square foot treetop residence, Beachside enjoys direct ocean breezes and boasts a beautiful lanai overlooking the Koolau mountains. It has all the special finishes you'd expect from new construction.
Mere footsteps to the world renowned emerald waters of Kailua Beach, an additional ten minute stroll along our wide beach with white sands will bring you to another treasure nearby.. Lanikai, home to word-class paddlers, wind surfers, and Hawaii's famous green sea turtles!
Also within walking distance is historic Kailua Town, a small general store, post office, bus stop, and some "ono-licious local grinds" (great restaurants). If you have the urge to drive anywhere on the island, Kailua is centrally located. The Honolulu International Airport, Waikiki, Pearl Harbor, the North Shore, and the Polynesian Cultural Center, are each about 25 minutes away by car. Don't attempt to visit all these sites in a single day!
Beach chairs, boogie boards, sand toys, umbrellas, towels, a grill and ice chests are provided. For a nominal additional fee (market rate), your unit can be stocked with a variety of coffees, teas, juices, milk, fruit and other continental breakfast items for you to enjoy during your first mornings here. We are a family of six and have lived and traveled extensively with the military all over the world. Hawaii is our favorite haven. It has everything we need..beautiful weather, wonderful friends, and unending fun! It's a world class location! We purchased our home in 2009 with the intent to share this beautiful place with family and friends alike. Come join us on the beach and bask in all the aloha our island home offers!
