Corte Bella is a Gated golf community, and Country Club. It is located in Sun City West, Arizona. The home has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
Our Beautiful New Vacation Home was built in May of 2005. There are over $60,000 in upgrades in this property.
November 2009, is the First Rental of this Home. The Master Bedroom is very spacious with an adjoining bath and an enormous closet. It is decorated with High end furniture.
The guest bedroom is of average size, and nicely decorated with a small couch and queen bed. Both Baths are beautifully decorated and has custom tile in the Showers, Counter and flooring. The Great Room and Formal Dining are Good Size and decorated beautifully. Kitchen is Very Pretty with Granite and Stainless Appliances. There is a pantry as well.
The Den is large and very Comfortable. It accommodates a Large Leather Sofa, and a 54" TV and A very large Desk. There is a Laundry Room with Washer and Dryer. There is an over sized 2 car Garage with cupboards built in. There is a front Court Yard with cobble stone Brick as you enter. THE ROUND FOYER IN THE ENTRANCE TOWER is a welcoming sight to this professionally decorated and landscaped home. In the back, there are gorgeous palm trees surrounding a large fountain. Also a Very Large extended patio, partially covered, which accommodates the Table and 4 Chairs along with 6 more chairs for guests. There is a Wonderful view of the Golf Course which OVERLOOKS THE 9TH HOLE AND DOUBLE FAIRWAY. Our home is within walking distance to the Club House, Restaurants, swimming pool, Fitness center and all the amenities.
The property is located in Sun City West, a 30 minute drive from Sky Harbor Airport.
Arizona is unique in having 300+ sunny days per year, which allows for nearly unlimited outdoor activities. If your sport is baseball, there are Spring training camps for the Kansas City Royals, Texas Rangers, Seattle Mariners and the San Diego Padres near by. The Phoenix area also has professional sports teams for your enjoyment, which includes Hockey, baseball, football, and Basketball.
Corte Bella is a beautiful property of 720 acres. It is an GATED active adult community, centered around an 18 hole Troon Golf Course. One occupant must be 55 or older, however Children and grandchildren are welcome to visit. The Club House features an Olympic sized swimming pool, hot tub, fitness center, tennis courts, pickle ball and a full service European Spa. Corte Bella features both fine and casual dinning. There is also a multi-purpose room which may be reserved for special events or private functions. There is plenty of shopping available close by, as well as movie theaters and restaurants. We built this home for retirement here in Sunny Arizona because of the climate and amenities which this gated community has to offer. Our home has great views and a wonderful Patio and back yard.
Because of Serious Illness we had to move nearer to our Family.

The many clubs available and outdoor activities. Golfing, Swimming and Easy, Convenient Shopping, Fine Arts and the Theater. We have many churches available to our area.

We moved to the Phoenix area 7 years ago. We came from Oregon. Needless to say, we were moving to escape the rain. We found paradise. Unfortunately, because of illness
in the family, we have had to move from our Lovely Home to another New Home nearer our Children. We do miss Corte Bella.
