  • We recently spent a week at Summerlin 602. What a great experience! We took our grandchildren and it was so nice to have such good space (and lovely I might add. The kids loved the beach and the pool. The beach is a lot less crowded than Destin and then it is nice to be so close to Destin for shopping and restaurants. The condo is wonderfully equipped and the view is spectacular. I would recomment this property to anyone.

  • I recently stayed in Summerlin 602 with 3 friends. We all love staying right on the gulf and enjoying the beautiful beach from the balcony. We enjoyed watching dolphins, pelicans and other sea birds, as well as taking walks on the beach or the street. The condo is lovely and well equipped. We all feel that the beach is less crowded than some of the others. There are several restaurants near by that we enjoyed but we also went over to Destin (just a few miles away) for shopping and dining. We had an excellent week. Our only complaint was the seaweed but if you've ever been to the gulf you know it comes, it goes, it just can't be helped. It's always interesting.

  • Another couple, my husband and I recently stayed at Summerlin 602 over Memorial Day weekend and the following week. I love the beautiful white beaches and clear, blue water in Fort Walton so we try to come back at least once a year. We spent most of the week relaxing by the ocean. We made our lunch daily to take down with us and went out to eat at the delicious local restaurants in Ft. Walton such as Cafe Italia (the best authentic Italian around) and Old Bay Steamers (fresh seafood served family style). We took the short drive over to Destin a couple of times to visit Carol and Dan at The Champa Shop (great handmade jewelry and hippie things)and eat at McGuire's (delicious steaks, seafood and beer), and visit The Boathouse (fresh oysters, peel and eat shrimp, and burgers). We had such a fun, relaxing week we didn't want to leave but here is always next year!!

  • We just had our Spring break and as usuall we spend it in Florida as our family vacation. We stayed at the Summerlin owned by Dan and Georgine Smith. It was WONDERFUL!!!! I would reccomend this condo to anyone and everyone. It is very relaxing and very comfortable.So come on down to the Summerlin on Okaloosa Island and Enjoy!!!!

  • We Just returned home from staying at the Summerlin #602 in Fort Walton Beach.(Paradise) The view was amazing.It overlooked the Gulf of Mexico with emerald waters and powdery white sandy beaches. The condo had the best of everything. A fully equipped kitchen and it is beautifully decorated. We sat out on the balcony each morning enjoying our morning coffee looking out over the Gulf of Mexico. It doesn't get any better than that. I would reccomend this condo to anyone. The owners were wonderful and helped make our stay in paradise perfect. THANK YOU TO THE SMITH'S THE GRASSELLI'S FROM OHIO
