This beautifully decorated and fully furnished condo has two spacious bedrooms (king and queen), two full baths with more than enough linens and sheets, living room, dining room, fully appointed kitchen with breakfast bar, full sized washer and dryer, screened lanai, and one car garage. Enjoy the sounds of the fountain in the lake behind the condo as you relax on the leather sofa, loveseat, and recliner while watching Verizon "FIOS" TV (Movies, Music, etc.) The leather sofa converts to a third bed if family or friends come to visit. Ceiling fans are provided in the living room and both bedrooms.
You will enjoy free high speed wireless internet access in the condo which is great for surfing the web or using Skype with friends and family. You will also enjoy free long distance calls throughout the US and Canada, so you can save your cell phone minutes!
The clubhouse and heated pool are across the street from the condo, which is close enough to be convenient but far enough to preserve your peace and privacy. The clubhouse contains an exercise room with large flat screen TV, kitchen with dining hall, separate room with a pool table and a library with WIFI. A gas grill is provided next to the pool for all to enjoy.
We have tried to provide everything you will need to have a pleasant stay in our condo. All you need to bring are your clothes, toiletries, bathing suit and a good book!
Relax and enjoy the amenities of the Sabal Trace Golf Course located adjacent to the condo complex. No membership is required to play. Many other golf course are located in the area for you to enjoy. You ladies will also enjoy all the shopping available in the area!

Why the Owner Chose North Port
We chose this condo for a number of reasons. We wanted a place in Southwest, FL where the weather is beautiful all year. We chose North Port because it's your typical small American town, not the typical Florida tourist town. We chose The Colony at Sabal Trace for the quality of the complex, the amenities and the convenient location to shopping and beaches. Lastly, we chose this particular condo because its a first floor unit on one of the many lakes and its close proximity to the clubhouse, yet its far enough away to not be disturbed by the pool activities.

This condo is in a very central area...near the I75 and the #41 highways. Bonus to have a golf course next to the property.The owners have thought of everything...just need your personal belongings.Nearby, is a Publix, Walmart and 2 drug stores . The owners have taken the time to make up a list of things to do, and see in the area...along with several suggestions for restaurants and beaches.We were made to feel very much at home by the owners and were given their phone numbers to contact them at "any time".My husband and I would highly recommend this rental property.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+.

This was a great place to stay. The clubhouse and pool were just a few steps away, the golf course a 7 minute walk and shopping within a 5 minute ride. The condo itself was fantastic. It has everything a person would need on vacation. I would definitely recommend this property to others.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers.

We enjoyed are stay in the winter of 2011. The condo is well furnished, had everything we needed even beach towels and chairs to go to the beach. The owners have thought of everything we could have asked for. This condo is in a quiet gated golf community with a short distance to many beaches and lots of shopping. I would recommend this to couples or families. We would consider a return stay when we return to Florida.
