This beautifully decorated and fully furnished condo has two spacious bedrooms, two full baths with more than enough linens and sheets, living room, dining room, fully supplied kitchen with breakfast bar, Amana full sized washer and dryer, screened lanai, and one car garage. All you need to bring are your clothes, toiletries and bathing suit!
The heated Pool and Clubhouse are across the street from the unit, which is close enough to be convenient but still protect your peace and privacy. The clubhouse contains an exercise room with large flat screen tv, kitchen with dining hall, separate room with pool table, and library with wireless internet.
A large gas grill is provided next to the pool for all to enjoy. The community is adjacent to the Sabal Trace Golf Course. No membership is required to enjoy 18 holes of golf.
Enjoy the sounds of the fountain next to the unit as you relax on the leather sofa, loveseat, and recliner while watching Verizon "FIOS" T.V.(Movies, Music, etc.) Adding to this comfort zone, is the wireless internet and telephone which are provided in this unit. The leather sofa transforms the living room into a third bedroom.
The condo contains top of the line KING sized bed in the Master bedroom and QUEEN sized bed in the Guest room. Ceiling fans in living room, both bedrooms and den.

Why the Owner Chose North Port
We chose this condo for a number of reasons. We wanted a place in Southwest, FL where the weather is beautiful all year. We chose North Port because it's your typical small American town, not the typical Florida tourist town. We chose The Colony at Sabal Trace for the quality of the complex, the amenities and the convenient location to shopping and beaches. Lastly, we chose this particular condo because its a first floor unit on one of the many lakes and its close proximity to the clubhouse, yet its far enough away to not be disturbed by the pool activities.
Poweder White Sands. Regarded as one of the most beautiful beaches in the world.
