I am the CEO of a small software company creating powerful still cost-effective websites, developing iPhone and iPad applications and other connected applications. I am a former sales engineer from the industry, travelling all the time and in many different countries. I have decided to settle down at the beginning of 2009 and totally change my way of life. I can now spend more time with my wife and our three children and work from my home office. I have the pleasure to receive our guests in the nice apartment that we have just totally renovated. The Unique Benefits of this Apartment
This place is mostly residential, very close to Paris but far enough to be quiet and green. You are surrounded by trees and the city itself (80 000 people) is made out of 7 villages and surrounded by the river La Marne. Our property is only 50 meters from the river bank ("Bords de Marne") where it is so nice to jog, have a walk or simply sit and relax. In the meantime you are very close to action : Paris, Euro Disney, public transportation, ...

We have just spent the Sommer vacation in this residence, actually still here until the end of the week, but I didn't want to forget to make my comments on our stay. The apartment was wonderful, we felt very comfortable staying here, very quiet and the everything was in walking distance, my Kids even decided to jog (something they never do at home) along the River. All accomendations were perfect!!! Hint read the Operations Manuels if you need information about the appliances, it help me a lot :-) The pictures really don't do the necessary justice deserved here (much better onsite), I even have some of the furniture in my Company supplied Apartment in Munich which made me really feel welcome. Our Host Franck was wonderful it was even arranged for us to be picked up from the Train Station from his in-laws and they were also SUPER nice and helpful in getting started, they also provided us with a Map of French Public transportation ;-)). All accomendations worked as expected (we lived in the Flat Upstairs), Payment and reservation was Very non-Complicated as I am registered with Paypal and this made everything secure for all involved, can only recommend this type of transaction for Rental Fee and Damage Deposit payments. I have already recommended this property to friends and would definitely contemplate making a return visit!! I hope that you enjoy your stay as much as we did.

From the time we booked the apartment to the time we left, we were treated like family. Franck was available to answer all of our questions and was eager to make our stay enjoyable. The apartment was just as promised and had everything that was needed. The location was great as well. It is about a 10 minute walk to the RER A and about a 5 minute walk to the town. The town was very charming with a few nice bakeries and shops. This was our first trip to France, but hopefully it wont be our last.
Recommended for:Tourists without a car, sightseeing.
