The master bedroom with bath and king bed are on the main floor. From here the sliding door opens to the deck and views of the golf course. Also on the main floor is the second bedroom and guest bath.
There are 2 bedrooms with queen beds and bathroom in the finished lower level plus a large family room with TV and pool table.
This house is on the #4 hole of the Gold course. The small canal in front of the house also goes across the #4 fairway at the 20 yard line. It also faces true south which means sun on the deck in the morning and afternoon. If you ar a golfer or not you will enjoy sitting on the large deck with coffee in the morning and refreshments in the afternoon. If you want living on the golf course with views, this is the place. And you have the use of our 50% discount card on the ocotillo golf course.

We are retired Iowa farmers. We only spend part of our winters in Chandler. Thus we are renting it out the rest of the time.
Why the Owner Chose Chandler
We looked several years for a house like this. I found out the houses with views of the golf course like this and a southern exposure are very hard to find. Phoenix is called the Valley of the Sun. This is so true
The Unique Benefits of this House
The Phoenix area is so large, practically every vacation need is available and of course many MLB spring games.
