A lovely, completely furnished, 1500 square foot, direct oceanfront, Non-Smoking condo overlooks the ocean, white sandy and non-driving beach, and a rooftop heated pool in a large and well-maintained building. In the picture to the left, this unit is located four units down and second from the left. It is on the fifth floor of this building with eight floors so there are only three above it, but it is well over the pool on the building in front of it to allow for spectacular views of the pool and the beach. There is a tennis court, large heated pool, basketball court, and shuffleboard court. Enjoy your view of the ocean and the beautiful sunrises. From the second bedroom view the intercoastal and evening sunsets.
The Moontide Condo sits in a lovely, relatively uncrowded part of a beautiful undiscovered city - New Smyrna Beach. There are many nearby activities and natural attractions, particularly state parks and great restaurants for all appetites. Disney World and all the other Orlando activities and theme parks are only about an hour away by car. Also, Daytona Beach is approximately 20 minutes away.
The condo has new tile and carpet throughtout and a new queen-size sleeper sofa. The bedrooms and great room now have ceiling fans with light kits. There is a washer and dryer in the unit. Second bedroom has twin beds that can be pushed together to make a king size bed.
We will consider small dogs on a case by case basis. They must be mature, housebroken pets and we will require a picture be sent in and the picture compared to the pet upon arrival. Additional deposit is required to make sure that any additional cleaning can be done that may be required so our guests that do not have pets will not have to enjoy your pet after you leave. Additional cleaning may or may not include carpet, upholstery and/or comforter cleaning.
