Year Purchased: 2004
The Brunos have been married 44 years. Arlene is a Registered Nurse. Bob recently retired after 20 years as VP/GM of a radio station in NYC. We have four great children and two beautiful grand daughters. We are active. Both belong to our local health club. Bob enjoys tennis and programming his internet music site. We both love to read and value our quiet time together. Much of our time is spent maintaining several acres of lawn, trees, flowers, plants, a pool and a pond in New York where we moved some eight years ago. We love the country. We are people of faith who thank the Lord every day for all of our blessings. One of those blessings is our little slice of Paradise in Naples. We look forward to sharing it with you. Why the Owner Chose Cypress Woods
We chose to buy in Naples after visiting friends who resided there. After a few days of looking at properties, we discovered Cypress Woods Golf and Country Club. The price was right, full golf membership was included, the setting was lovely and the location was perfect. We were smitten. It is a straight shot from the airport on Rt. 75 puttng us at our front door in less than 1/2 hour. Although neither of us are golfers, we thought that golf membership would be a big plus for friends, family and renters. We were right. In short, we made a great choice and really feel blessed to have this wonderful home in beautiful Naples.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
We enjoy, and always recommend, Sunday brunch at the Cypress Woods Clubhouse. It is fabulous; a great treat and a wonderful way to start the day. We especially love Naples in the summer when the crowds are fewer, reservations are easy to get and the water in the Gulf is like bath water. We relish our days at the beach. Dinner in Old Naples is another special treat. What great restaurants. Sometimes we just ride over for a lazy stroll along Fifth Avenue to window shop, people watch and treat ourselves to an ice cream cone. Naples is a great walking town. The whole area is nice. Our children and grandchildren love it there too. Thankfully, our renters appreciate our place as much as we do, even taking a certain amount of "pride of ownership" while there. Our renters are friends or friends in the making. Having nice folks under our roof is an extra bonus for us.
