This brand new, 5,200 square foot home boasts five bedrooms and three and one half bathrooms. The home is located 100 yards from the clubhouse on the 9th hole of the beautiful, new Sleepy Ridge Golf Course in Orem, Utah and is ideal for anyone visiting Utah or Salt Lake Counties – particularly for BYU or UVU events.
The master bedroom on the main floor has a new eastern king bed, LCD TV, travertine shower, jacuzzi tub, walk-in closet, and private access to the back balcony. A kids room has double bunks that comfortably sleep four. The family room has reclining leather sofas around the entertainment center with an LCD TV. The main floor also has a separate study, with desk, printer, office supplies and a piano. The huge chef's kitchen has gorgeous hardwood floors, granite counters, double ovens and is fully equipped and comfortably seats a crowd with two island counters (seating fro 7), breakfast nook (seating for 8) and a grand dining table (seating for 6+) in front of the fireplace. Dinnerware, flatware, cookware for 20+ provided. Off the kitchen is a laundry room with extra large capacity washer and dryer and an oversized 2 car garage. The back patio overlooks the 9th hole and is furnished with a outdoor dining set and large BBQ. Cheering on the golfers is allowed!
Three bedrooms downstairs feature two king and one queen beds respectively. The downstairs features another large, flat screen LCD TV in the media room, which opens to the game room complete with a top-of-the-line 8 foot pool table, game table and fireplace. The whole house is fully furnished with all the accommodations for a relaxing and luxurious vacation including new large LCD TVs, cable TV with a ClearPlay DVD player, free wireless high speed internet access/Wi-Fi, central vacuum, and Heating/AC through out.
The Sleepy Ridge Clubhouse features a fantastic grill, work out gym, and natural grass driving range/practice facility. Also, the home is a mere 40 minutes to most of Utah's world class ski resorts.

Lots of room for everyone, even if you wanted to spend some time in the quiet downstairs. Location is close to freeway and University Parkway which made easy access to BYU, Shopping, and going North to Salt Lake City. A nice place to stay right on the golf course. We plan on returning again when we visit the Salt Lake area. Listing accurately describes the home, appearance, amenities and the home was clan and well-maintained. The owner was very helpful and responded to questions quickly.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, girls getaway, families with teenagers.

Incredible house! Look through the pictures, then imagine it as even better, more spacious, beautiful and stocked with everything you'll need! We had a big wedding, family coming from all over, this home was a great way to spend the maximum amount of time together and still have plenty of space. The grand babies could cry to their parents downstairs, and Gramma could still sleep soundly upstairs! Close enough to stores but not in the middle of the Univ. Pkwy. hubbub, quick freeway access. We had extended family for dinner and had plenty of room! I will definitely rent this home again!

We stayed at this property at the end of April/early May and had a wonderful time. The home is absolutely gorgeous and well appointed. The owners have thought of all the little things that you might need while there and have not overlooked anything. The property is not quite in Orem...about 5 minutes to Orem, 10-15 to Provo. But, it's worth the drive out there. Would definitely stay here again!

We were in town for the week for a family reunion and, rather than have our family stay in relatives' basements, we decided to find a rental. We made a great choice because not only did the two out-of-state families stay in a beautiful house, but it gave the extended family a beautiful, large, and comfortable home to use as a base for all of our activities. The kids loved the Wii and the many games stocked in the house and the parents loved the kitchen and space to lounge and catch up with each other. The kitchen was large enough to have several hands helping at the same time, so meal preparation was a snap. We really loved the fact that there was seating in the formal dining, at the kitchen bar, and in the breakfast nook which made for nice variety for each meal. While we don't have plans to return to Utah in the near future, we would strongly recommend this property to anyone considering a stay in Utah County. Thanks!

Thank you for being so accommodating to work with in renting out the Sleepy Ridge home. We really enjoyed our stay. We loved the decor of the home and all the finishing touches that made it so nice. It was clean, well-maintained, plenty of linens, etc. I would recommend this to anyone. If it is still available in the future we would love to rent again, hands down. I wish more vacation rental homes were this nice!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was no problem cooking our Thanksgiving dinner in the large kitchen. The home truly is luxurious. It accomodated our large family extremely well. We would definately stay here again!

LOVED IT! The house was beautiful and spacious. For my large family, the kitchen was perfect since it seats so many. Beds were all top quality and comfy. Great location-3 minutes off I-15. BBQ and patio table/chairs on deck had perfect views of Mount Timp. Highly recommend! I will be back:)
