Welcome to Dove Cottage! This is St. John's first eco-luxury vacation rental. I re-designed the house myself to maximize the views and comfort here while ensuring harmony with the environment. Around every corner is an incredible view and a welcoming daybed or chaise to curl up on with a book or a friend.
The north part of the house has a screen porch on the top floor- attached to the master bedroom- and overlooks the outdoor living room and pool area with views of the passing boats on the Sir Francis Drake channel and Tortola and Jost Van Dyke. The south side of the house also has a huge porch, as well as a garden with hammock, and views toward Coral Bay, the Caribbean sea and St. Croix.
I have lived here on and off for the past few years and have had a blast enjoying the house with my friends and family, but now it is time to share this special place with others. At Dove Cottage you are just minutes from amazing beaches and the town of Coral Bay, yet totally private and secluded to have fun and relax on your holiday! Enjoy!

How lucky are we? We got to return for a second time to Dove Cottage for a blissful week's vacation in December. The house is so comfortable, the views are incredible, and we just soaked up the peace and relaxation that this lovely place exudes. Can't recommend highly enough!

We spent two glorious weeks at Dove Cottage recently. Utter peace and quiet, jaw-dropping views, a charmingly decorated cottage equipped with everything you could possibly need ... absolutely the most enjoyable, peaceful vacation we've ever spent. We didn't want to come home!

Dove Cottage- so aptly named! Two weeks of utter peace and quiet and relaxation. We could feel a years worth of built up tension melting away within an hour of our arrival. A gazillion stars at night, Tortola winking and blinking on the horizon, like a vast cruise ship in the dark, the sound of the tradewinds accompanied by the wind chime on the porch to lull us to sleep each night.. Brilliant blue, turquoise and jade green water sparkling in the morning sun... sudden rain squalls escorted down Sir Francis Drake passage by iridescent double rainbows... a surprise evening visit by a thirsty donkey.. lazy sun-filled days by the pool, devouring books, laughing, drinking wine, planning dinner.. how divine! Thank you so much for sharing your charming island home with us- we have loved every minute here. Richard and Dana PS. We honeymooned on St. John 32 years ago, and we celebrate our anniversary here this year!
