Year Purchased: 2004
Growing up in S. CA, my family spent many wonderful vacations in Palm Springs over the years. There is just nothing like the balmy warm nights and starry skies and the gorgeous mountain views. After moving to the San Francisco Bay area, I met my husband - an avid golfer - and introduced him to Palm Springs. Now we both visit as often as we can (my mother lives in Palm Springs) to get a break from the San Francisco fog, take advantage of the spectacular golfing, and just relax by the pool.
Why the Owner Chose Mesquite Country Club
My mother purchased this condo in 1993, adding some lovely upgrades like the marble floors and floor to ceiling mirrors in the dining room to create an extra spacious feeling to the condo. After she moved this year to another nearby community, we didn't want to part with this little gem and so we're offering it as a rental unit. We hope you will enjoy your stay in this comfortable little "getaway" in the beautiful Mesquite Canyon Country Club.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
Relaxing on the patio and looking out onto the greenbelt and seeing the mountain backdrop is one of the nicest perks of this condo. There are two pools just steps away, and the community is tranquil. Everything you need is provided, and the decor is clean, bright, and cheery.

my wife and I are retired professionnals.we stayed for 10 nights.and found this condo clean,with easy access to all we required.secured.quiet.comfortable.this unit was built in 1984 I believe it is showing it age.it could use new dw.new shower head and bathroom fixtures.a coat of paint would go a long way.the owners are very nice people and easy to work with.i would come back again it is a nice complex.and would recommend it to my friend and family./merci.

We stayed (myself, my wife and our small dog) at this lovely condo for 7 days between Christmas and NYE 2010. The condo was equipped with everything you could possibly need. It has marble floors throughout and plantation shutters and was just a gorgeous place. We were blessed with beautiful weather for most of our stay and the pool is just a few steps out the front door. We highly recommend this condo.

My husband and I have rented condos at Mequite Country Club complex for 20 years and this is the best unit we have rented. The one level entry from street to condo and the new marble tile floors make it easy for disabled persons to stay here, the marble floors also are cooler during warmer rental months. The bathroom has been updated with new tiles in shower, clear glass enclosure and new kholer toliet. The bedroom has newer backsaver mattress (queen size), large dresser for storage and plenty of hangers in the closet for the longer month renters. Great light during the day with covered patio off the bedroom. The living room/dinning room has modern (aprrox size) furniture, very attractive pull-out couch, dvd, cd, tv. The paito off the living room has the electric grill and small table/chairs for outside dining. Both patios face greenbelt areas, one has lovely view of the mountains and in the winter you can see the snow coving. The whole condo has plantation shutters covering the windows which are wonderful for light and temp control. The kitchen has a new stainless steel refrig,, plenty of pots/pans, dishes, glasses to either dine in or entertain. The condo is also a few steps out the front door to pool/jacuzzi, plenty of walking areas/paths in complex with beautiful flowers and fountains. The tennis courts are close and in good shape. The owner is easy to reach for any problems, (which we did not have) and refunds your security deposit promptly.
