THE KID FRIENDLY CONDO!. Perfect for a family weekend get-away. No "glam" just totally comfortable, clean and fun! When the kids get tired of swimming...Feed the ducks, ride bikes, ping pong and games in the 2 car garage/kid room.
Freedom Park is across the street with basketball hoops, mini skate board ramp, two tennis courts, dog areas and lots of play space. Of course, there is always golf and tennis at our own beautiful Palm Desert Resort facility.
Plenty of room to bring along kid friends or adult friends. Two master bedrooms. Each with their own bath and King bed, plus futon. Crib available. Sleeping OK in Living room area for the kids, or where ever, with sleeping bags.
Oh, by the way, our condo has the best views, looking across two lakes towards the Santa Rosa Mountains. We also view the 10th Green, the 11th Tee and the 11th Fairway...very entertaining watching the golfers from our 30' Patio, with a drink in the afternoon, while the kids are inside having fun!!!
So, just pack up that PS3, XBOX or whatever and head here for the weekend, or longer! The kids will always be busy and HAPPY! That means you will be relaxed and HAPPY!
PS. A golf cart is available for those willing to assume the risk! No charge for the cart, however a charge for any damage to the cart. (Separate cart deposit and liability release form)
