My family stayed here for our first family vacation since our second son was born. This house was so warm and inviting. We truly felt at home. Can't wait to come back next year! Perfect location!

Lynn what a lovely home you guys have, I am staying through the month of November and just wanted to make sure that I did not forget to thank you for letting us stay. The house is much better than description, beach is wonderful, love the shower and steam. Back yard was great for poodle, also love having the garage with the opener it made me feel safe to be able to come and go from inside. My parents were going to stay but just couldn't stay away from home so I am enjoying all of this by myself and loving it. It is so close to everything, just can't say enough about it! Looking forward to next year same time, maybe sooner in the year.Thanks Again! Lynda&Poodle

Excellent Beach House!!!

We highly enjoyed our stay at this beach house. The pictures online do not do it justice. We found everything we needed at the house. We used the beach chairs, beach toys, etc. The wireless Internet was great. The gas grill was also a bonus! It was an extremely short drive to the beach. There was beach parking and the beach was not crowded and no condos on the strip where the house is located. We plan on returning to this house because it was perfect for our family! Thanks again!!!!

Home Away From Home

What can I say...this house is a gem. Pictures can be deceiving...in this case they don't really do it justice. We spent over 4 months in our "home away from home" and couldn't be happier with our choice. The house is spacious , tastefully decorated, and well equipped. The fenced in back yard was a great spot for our dog to run and play, and gave us privacy as well. It is located in a very nice residential neighbourhood...great area for walking. The beautiful white sand beach is only a 5 minute walk away. A couple of minor issues we had were rectified by the owner very quickly. Already booked for next year - can hardly wait!! Thanks Lynn!

Thank you for being patient with the hot water heater issue I could not believe it when you called, due to just having it put in 6 months earlier, but you both were so understanding and helpful and we are so lucky to share our house with you all and hope you have a great summer and look forward to your visit next year. Thank you for leaving the house spic and span and i loved the palm trees beside the dining room windows thats where they will stay. The wifi was also a problem before you got here and during your stay my son had it up and going by the time I got to PCB so next year you will be able to take your computer throughout the property. Beach House Delight!

The house is absolutely a dream! The newly redone floors are fabulous! The pictures don't even begin to do this house justice ! I felt right at home from the minute I walked in until the time we left. Lynn~ you have such great taste in decor! It doesnt just feel like a vacation beach home- it feels like a home! The fenced in back yard was perfect for our dogs and our daughter! The parking for the beach was easy and such a short ride down the little street. Easy access down Back Beach Rd. for grocery shopping and etc.... We will definitely come back! Thanks Lynn!

Great Location!!

We had a wonderful time visiting family and friends nearby, and Lynns house was in the middle of our parents homes. The house was all that we expected and a nice surprise, it has a fenced in yard for those of you that have small family pets that you don't want to leash up for "potty time". The rooms were spacious and set up well, and the lay out of the house was very open. We also liked that it has a garage along with all the amenities that you need to make a vacation hassel free!! The beach was a short walk and the neighborhood is in between Hwy 98 and Front Beach Road which is a plus, and convenient to EVERYTHING!!!! Our family that was visiting out of TN has asked for the phone # to Lynn as they liked the home so much that they will be planning to set up a date for their time down in PCB. Thank you Lynn for allowing us to stay at you place for our family reunion, looking forward to staying at your place again on our next trip down to FL.
