This beautiful brand-new home is nearly 7,000 square feet and only a block from the base of Peak 8 in unbeatable Breckenridge, Colorado. Sleeping up to thirty comfortably, you have to see this house to believe how incredible it is.

This home is ready to accommodate your ski group, family reunion or corporate retreat with ease and luxury. There are a total of four kitchens -- three indoor and one outdoor. The main kitchen with huge island is a chef's dream with Sub-Zero fridge, 6-burner Jenn-Air cooktop as well as Jenn-Air double wall ovens along with two microwaves. The "butler's" kitchen is just off the main kitchen and also has a full-sized fridge, microwave and stove along with one of the four dishwashers located throughout the home. The lower level has its own kitchen with another full-sized fridge, micro and a dishwasher. There is then a large pantry off the main floor kitchen and a fourth fridge inside the three car heated garage. Not to mention our outdoor kitchen on the enormous covered patio on the main floor. This boasts a Viking grill, Viking outdoor fridge and sink with one of the three outdoor fireplaces, as well.

With three levels, there are two bedrooms on each level separated by at least a full hallway to allow for privacy. Each of the six bedrooms has its own private bath as well as an additional bath on both the main and lower levels. Six of the eight baths have jetted Jacuzzi bath tubs, the two master baths boast double jetted tubs and double shower heads. All the baths have granite slabs, oversized tile, copper sinks/fixtures and pine log trim.

The extra bath on the lower level is next to the "seventh bedroom" which has a cozy pull-out queen sofa bed and extensive VHS library. Two of the bedrooms also have queen sofa beds in addition to a queen bed. The two masters have king beds, the fifth bedroom has a queen while the huge bunk room has three bunk beds, a sofa bed and a futon making it great for the kids.

This is a Nordic and Alpine skiers dream with the main Breckenridge Nordic trail in your backyard, the Nordic center practically next door, and Peak within a block away!!! For downhill skiing, walk either to the base or just to the end of the road to catch the free Town of Breckenridge shuttle on its last stop before the base or anywhere in the Town or the County, including Copper, Keystone and Arapahoe Basin.

Summertime is just as unique when those Nordic trails turn into hiking and mountian biking trails, with bear, moose, foxes and more right in your back yard (not to menion the Federally Endangered Boreal Toad in Cucumber Gulch close enogh to see through many of the rear windows (within 100 yards) awesome!!!! . Enjoy all the beauty, serenity and wildlife that Cucumber Gulch has to offer, including incredible pond views.

The double porte-cochere in front not only adds to the overall impressive mountain mansion feel but also adds two to four additional covered parking spaces to the oversized heated garage that houses an additional three vehicles. There is over 4,000 square feet of paved driveway (HUGE), plus private street parking (CUL-DE-SAC)all again to accomodate those large groups in luxury and comfort.

The two rear COVERED patios are where the real fun is had, and insure that rain and snow will not dampen any outdoor activities due to weather, remember your at nearly 10,000 feet and the weather changes FAST . The lower patio holds two outdoor gas fireplaces, ample seating and your private hot tub. Pool table is located just inside on this lower level for even more group entertainment. The main level patio is covered by a 15' high roof held up by impressive logs, some of which are 30 inches plus in diameter. A gas fireplace will keep you toasty while utilizing the outdoor dining table and deck seating. Both upper and lower decks over look Cucumber Gulch and the Nordic/hiking trail, EXTREMELY PRIVATE with no momes in the rear of house, just open space. You will find it hard to believe that you are so close to so much ... while feeling like you are in the woods.

We were so pleased with this home, we hope to be able to rent it next year. The location and the photos in the listing were as stated, and the property was clean and well maintained. The home accomodated our family, 19 adults, one infant, total of 20 well. The bedrooms were large and private. The traffic flow in the home as well as the well-equipped kitchen was excellent. There is so much to do in the area--we wondered about this area in the summer. There were the trips up the mountain in the gondola and chair lifts, bicycling down the mountain, fly fishing and just visiting the town. We had no idle moments, people still have things they want to do. A very pleasant experience.
