This premier condo is located directly on Dickson street, one block east of the main entrance to the University of Arkansas and one block west of the Walton Arts Center! (WAC) It is within easy walking distance to the major sporting events, WAC performances, and the numerous dining and entertainment establishments on historic Dickson street! The address is 609 W. Dickson street. Condo # 501.
It is the best location that you can imagine. The views are breath taking! It has luxury finishes. You can look up and down Dickson street and see all the people sitting on patios, taking walks, and running up the steps to the latest WAC production.
This 5 star corner unit features immediate access to numerous restaurants, including Doe's, Theo's, Hog Hous, Grubs, Bordinos, and many other great restaurants! You can walk to many bars including George's, the wine cellar, shotz, brewski's, and other favorites.
There is a beautiful view of Old Main from the master bedroom as well as the balcony. There are numerous small shops on Dickson for your shopping pleasure. The northwest Arkansas mall is a few miles north and many movie theaters are nearby.
This is a perfect spot to enjoy the regional area as well. Eureka Springs, Devil's Den park, Blanchard's Springs caverns, Branson and many area lakes are a short drive away.
This Underwood Plaza condo is a North Unit on the 5th floor. It has 10 foot ceilings. Large tall windows in the living room and bedrooms provide excellent views of Dickson street, Old main, and the mountains. There is one parking spot included in the garage in the back of the building.
There is a queen bed in the master bedroom and a queen plus a twin in the second bedroom.

This is a fabulous property! Location couldn't be more desirable--within walking distance to downtown and the university. Charming views of the Ozark mountains that surround the town. Elegant yet comfortable condo festively decorated to please all Razorback fans! Quiet, very safe building. VERY clean!! The owner was extremely easy to work with and a genuinely nice guy.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

We were looking for the PERFECT place for my best friends bachelorette party! We wanted to be surrounded by fun and have a great place to stay in the middle of it all!!! This condo was PERFECT!!! It's extremely homey! Very roomy! Beautiful decor! Very comfortable beds! The owner will take great care of you! It is in walking distance to everything! Extremely safe! We all loved the place! We had never been to F'ville and it was awesomell! Great resteraunts, fun bars, all walks of life! Incredible energy circulates there! We may become Razorbacks it was so fun! I can't say enough great things! ENJOY!!!
