  What a fabulous house, location, EVERYTHING! We stayed in the "Smithy's House" over spring break 2013. The property is amazing. The attention to detail is unbelievable. We are a "High Tech" family, and this house suits us perfectly. The home automation system is amazing. You can literally stream music from your iPhone to any room in the house, or the entire house. There are two Apple TVs that allow you to stream video to either of the massive living areas, or access your ITunes, Netflix, Hulu accounts to play any type of movie or video imaginable. You can control lights, locks, and even see who's at the front door from any of many display screens throughout the house. The WIFI access is super fast. There is even a computer and laser printer in the butler's pantry next to the kitchen. We used it to print our boarding passes for our return flight. The ski run is about 10 steps from the back patio, so many days we skied back to the house for lunch, then zipped back out to ski the rest of the day. The staff was very helpful, stocking the fridge for us prior to our arrival with our list of select food and drinks. In addition to our family of 5, we brought some friends; a family of 4 who stayed in the guest house. What a cool experience, having a State of The Art brand new MANSION steps away from a 100+ year old newly renovated cozy miner's cottage. You will absolutely not be disappointed with this property. Lawrence and staff are top notch and the property is unequaled. It is on-par or superior to any ultra high-end property in Park City, Deer Valley or anywhere else we have ever visited. Oh, Car is optional. The property is directly across the street from the steps down to main street. We timed it......90 second walk to Main Street Pizza and Noodle!

  I have rented this property 3 years in a row. In my opinion it is the best house I have ever rented in a great town. From the moment we arrived, Lawrence set up transportation from Salt Lake City airport which is only 30 minutes away from Park City to where the house is located. The house has an incredible location (ski on/ski off) to the ease of getting to Park City town which is just two flights of stairs down the hill. Lawrence left no stone unturned when building this house. From the hot tub with a TV, to the work out room, to the beautiful furnishings I always look forward to an incredible week there. I highly recommend renting this property

  This home is truly unbelievable! No detail is overlooked in this very high end property. Its location could not be more perfect as it is a short walk to the main street and easy access to the slopes. I would recommend it to anyone that has a large group and/or wants to have a very memorable vacation in Park City.

  These two houses top any hotel or other lodging for quality and convenience in downtown Park City. We stayed here for a week in February 2011 with a handful of friends and their families. Everyone loved the experience. Highlights include ski in/out, an easy stairway walk right out the front door to Main St, and most importantly, the houses themselves. The main house is four stories accessed by silver mine-themed elevator, around which the see-through glass floors make you feel like you're looking down a mine shaft; our young kids loved that. No expense was spared in equipping every room in the house with the finest furnishings, including top-of-line appliances, exposed wood beams, beautiful floors and countertops, etc. The bed in the master bedroom is particularly comfortable. The driveway is so well heated that it's comfortable to walk in socks on a freezing night. We made good use of the hot tub, grill, workout room, and HDTVs with excellent sound system. I found the owner very pleasant to work with, and he and his helper were available to answer any question. We recommend this house highly for a top-quality, only-in-Park-City experience.
