Amazingly, perfectly located apartment in fascinating city

I stayed with my family in this apartment which looks stunning! We really loved this apartment as it is ideally situated in the heart of the city center, modern, very clean, and has a nice flat screen TV. Complimentary internet access is also available in the apartment. The pictures were exactly as described in the summary, and the apartment was perfect for our needs. The landlord is very professional and accommodating. He was very helpful and friendly form the first email I have exchanged with him. When we arrived to the apartment, somebody was waiting for us who tried his best to explain about the apartment and the nearby area, offering his service by asking us to contact him any time we need anything. He was very punctual upon our leaving to hand over the apartment back to him. Thank you all very much for all what you have done, and we do appreciate your great support and services. The location is as perfect as it sounds. Everything is within a walking distance. And by everything I am including the restaurants, cafes, a grocery store, Cinema and a pharmacy as well. There are also plenty of boutiques and hair salons. The beds are comfortable, the bathrooms are spotless, and the living room is comfy and spacious. I especially loved that the landlord had some condiments in the kitchen (sugar, salt, pepper…etc) as well as paper towels and pots/pans. I really felt like I was living in Cannes. I would definitely recommend this apartment.

Great Location

The owner Klaus was always very prompt and helpful in answering queries, and waiting for us when we arrived.The apartment was clean and comfortable with ample storage space. All appliances new and worked well. The location is great - steps away from the main beaches and a block from Rue Antibes. Easy to come home to after a day at the beach, shower and still go out in the evening. We rented a car whilst there, and Klaus arranged parking at a nearby garage for us for a cheaper rate, which was a big help. A recommended functional, clean, reasonably priced base for 4 people.

Klaus thank you very much for a wonderful stay in your apartment. The pictures of the apartment are spot on. After spending two weeks in a studio apartment in Paris it was nice to finally have room to spread out and eat breakfast in rather than out. The apartment was very clean and Klaus was very helpful throughout the stay. He even meet us at the train station in Cannes so we didn't have to find our way to the apartment. In Cannes everything is in walking distance, the beach, restaurants, shopping, train station and the bus stop. We rented a car for the last three days of our week long stay and glad we did as we were able to drive the coast and see alot more. Keep in mind Cannes is a small town, you will see all of Cannes in 2 days. You can use the bus but it takes forever to get anywhere. For example we wanted to take the bus to Monaco and the lady at the bus station said it would take 3 hours to get there. Nice is 90 minutes by bus. There is good food nearby espically in the old part of Cannes (less than a 10 minute walk) although not as good of food as in Paris. If I ever come back to Cannes there is no doubt, I will be staying here.

We have stayed at this apartment two years in a row now when attending the annual property conference and have been delighted with the accomodation. Klaus is very thoughtful and helpful host, arranging for provisions to be there for us on arrival, as well as shuttling us to and from the airport.

A Vacation of A Lifetime !!!!!

This property was a delight to stay in. The accomodations were very, very comfortable. The location of this property is second to none. You are in the heart of Cannes and all the very upscale shops. You are minutes from the famous Film Festival location. The view from the living room balcony you can see the Mediterranean Ocean and the big cruise ships. I did not want to leave. Just imagine waking up every morning taking a 5 minute walk to the shops to get Cappucino and French Bread (awwwh you talk about relaxation). I will tell you one thing, that hot water heater is working...lol. You will enjoy everything about you stay in this unit with the comfortable sleeping beds, upgraded bathrooms, upscale kitchen, comfortable furniture for seating, internet service and nice flat screen Samsung HDTV.

We just returned from the most enjoyable vacation in Cannes. The unit was immaculate.....the location was excellent, close to restuarnts, shops and the beautiful Med........Without hesitation I would recomend this unit to everyone.....

The perfect location in Cannes

This was the second time my colleague and I stayed at this flat, and yet again we were very satisfied. The location is perfect for The Palais Du Festival and everything else you want to do. The Croisette and the Beach is right outside the door and so is shopping. The flat is very clean and nicely decorated, and Klaus made us feel very welcome. I highly recommend stying here.

Excellent location . Clean , well furnished with comfortable beds & bedding . The building has great ambiance & is well maintained . We are 3 ladies & we always felt very safe walking outside at night. We loved that we could see the ocean from the small balcony , we were within steps of the beach & we could easily walk to everywhere in Cannes including the train station . Klaus was very attentive & helpful , & always responded promptly to our emails . The apartment is even nicer than the pictures ! We stayed for 9 nights & could have happily stayed for a month. We had an amazing time in the south of France & would recommend this apartment to any of our family or friends who are looking to stay in Cannes .

We very much enjoyed this very comfortable apartment. Klaus makes quite sure that you have and know everything you need (including good restaurant and parking recommendations) and the facilities are top notch. A great home away from home -- right by the sea. Highly recommended!

Cannes 2010

I recently stayed with my family at the apartment at 19 Rue D'Etats -Unis in Cannes. We had a terrific time in Cannes. The apartment was located within walking distance to the train station. On arrival, the owner Klaus was waiting to let us into the apartment. The apartment was in immaculate condition and in an outstanding location. It is situated across the road from the beach and close to the Palais. I did not require a rental car. There were great restaurants in the vicinity and lots of Cafes to choose from for a morning coffee and croissant. I really enjoyed the experience. We shopped at the local markets, regularly visited the local bakeries for the most delicious baguettes. The apartment was excellent. It had recently been renovated and was airy and very clean. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen and appliances were well maintained and worked. Klaus and his wife Nadine were outstanding hosts. They were extremely well organized and attentive to every detail in making the trip successful. We greatly enjoyed ourselves and thank Klaus and Nadine for their effort in preparing the apartment for us and helping to make the trip so successful.
