Our Apartment is set in a tranquil setting on two of Costa del Sol's most well know golf courses, Atalaya Old and Atalaya New. We are also beside El Paraiso Golf and Country Club which also specialises in Chinese therapies. Los Flamingos golf course is a very short distance away as are many of the Costa's other well know golf courses. We are also located on the road to the famous gastronomic town of Benhavis.
Located on two of the Costa Del Sol's premier golf courses, Atalaya Old & New, this superbly appointed penthouse apartment is close to Puerto Banus and Marbella and the gourmet village of Benhavis with its many and varied restaurants yet the beach is only minutes away for all your water sports.
This is a low rise complex set amongst tropical gardens. There are three pools with separate children's pool areas. The main pool is located by the 'Clubhouse' with two other pools throughout the complex one of which is adjacent to the apartment. There is free use of full size tennis and padel courts. This is a quiet and tranquil complex with 24 hr security but only minutes away from the buzzing night life of the 'Golden Mile'. La Cartjua is also an excellent centre for touring the region. Take a ferry to North Africa, go bargain hunting in Gibraltar or visit the famous Alhambra in the beautiful city of Granada.

Why the Owner Chose San Pedro de Alcantara
We purchased our apartment in 1999 in Andalucía because we are keen golfers and the area provides 40 of Spains best golf courses. We also love the micro climate which means the area gets over 300 days of sunshine a year. The winters are very mild and pleasant and temperatures can be in the low 20s during the day. We chose La Cartuja because of the peaceful and tranquil feeling in the complex amongst the beautiful and large tropical gardens . We also like the sense of security in La Cartuja from the 24 hour security provided by the community.
The Unique Benefits at this Apartment
A great advantage in La Cartuja is that it is away from it all providing lots of peace and quiet to chill and relax, yet it is close enough to Marbella and Puerto Banus to dip in whenever you want. It is also close to Corte Ingles, Spain's premier department store where you can shop 'til you drop.
Benahavis is a beautiful mountain village that is known as the gastronomic capital of the area. It is bursting with many wonderful reatuarants an artisan shops
