New carpet, new paint, new bedroom and living room furniture, new drapes, new blinds and new upholstery make this a must see unit. We are local owners allowing us to visit and use our condo quite often. We maintain high standards and invite you to enjoy our hospitality. We maintain a high rate of repeat bookings and believe this speaks for itself. This is not a bland motel style condo rental but is truly a second home. If you desire an accommadation with a rich, warm, superbly coordinated decor, then look no further.
This 2 bedroom, 2 full bath Sea Crest unit comes fully equipped with all the amenities to make your stay a true pleasure. A king size master bed, two twins in the second bedroom, and a queen size fold out sleeper easily handle six guests. Of course we have all the extras including a large fully stocked kitchen, three TVs and VCRs, DVD, ceiling fans, outdoor table and chairs (yes the balcony is that large), beach gear, high speed internet access, covered parking and much more. The complex has an indoor/outdoor heated swimming pool, outdoor showers, direct access boardwalk to the beach, BBQ area, exercise room, DVD/VCR movies, tennis court, and on-site check-in/out. Top quality on-site management is there to assist if ever needed. During swimming season county lifeguards are stationed at the beach access point for added peace of mind.

We traded our Hawaii rental property for one close to our Florida home. We regularly use the condo for ourselves, family, and friends. The Okaloosa Island beaches simply can't be beat. Our unit is only steps away from miles of undeveloped beach and yet close to restaurants, entertainment, and other local attractions.

From our condo balcony, you can see both sides of the island. On the South is the Gulf, on the North is the Santa Rosa Sound. This unique feature lets us enjoy the the beach/ocean sights and sounds, while at the same time watching the boats cruise along the inland waterway.
