Play golf, enjoy the beaches, snorkel or take a day trip to the volcanoes. The Country Club Villa is within walking distance of the Keauhou Shopping Center and the Sheraton Resort in Keauhou Bay. The villa sleeps 6 people, and has a large master bedroom with a private bath, guest room with twin beds, guest bath, queen-size sofa-bed, washer and dryer and barbeque on the lanai. The condo has been completely refurbished with fully upgraded kitchen and baths, new carpeting, window coverings, and beautiful new furniture. There is a 3 night minimum stay/10 during Ironman & Christmas season. This is a non smoking no pets unit as well as no smoking on the lanai's or walk-ways at this complex. Hawaii Tax ID: W21431015-01

The Villa was nicely appointed and located as described. There were only two items that kept the visit from being Excellent..... the Villa was not air conditioned, I failed to claify this when renting. The second was a remodeling of another Villa near us that continued to be very noisey for the 8 days we spent there.We enjoyed the view of the seacoast and the Golf Course. The Kona Country Club restaurant Vista was a great place to have breakfast and lunch.

About: We have traveled to Hawaii many times and found this location to be ideal for a couple and/or family to stay due to it's location near the beaches and a short drive to the unique town of Kailua Kona. We have both spent our professional careers in the San Francisco Bay area and plan to spend more time on the Big Island for all of its beauty and activities it has to offer. We are sure that you will enjoy your stay in our recent refurnished Condo.
Why Country Club Villas:
Near the beaches, and the unique town of Kailua-Kona, close to shopping and many activities. This unit is a 'bridge' unit, so there is easy access to parking without the both of stairs.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
Close distance to beaches and town of Kailua-Kona. Quiet surroundings, easy access to shopping center. Nice areas to take walks. This is one of the few condos that allow gas barbeques on the private lanai.
