Year Purchased: 2003
My wife and I live in Orange County, CA. However we are transplanted "cheeseheads" from Milwaukee/Mequon Wisconsin. We own our own business. It is a successful Executive Search Firm called Management Recruiters of Laguna Hills. We've owned and operated it for 25 years. We have three grown children and nine grandchildren - all living within one hour of us. Two of our children are minority owners in this property. With our grandkids growing up our time to use our Laughlin Home is less, hence our interest in renting.

We live in Orange County, CA and this is a perfect quiet get-away location. It is on one of THE BEST area Golf Courses with the first green in view from the back patio/kitchen. Avi Resort/Casino is 1/4 mile with fine Restaurant, movies and events. 1/2 mile to Colorado River and 7 miles to city center of Laughlin. Exceptional desert/mountain views from back covered patio. Home has two Master suites with a third bedroom containing four beds. Shopping nearby.
