Our large family had a terrific time in the Phoenix area when (mostly) out of state members merged with Nearby AZ residents for a weeklong get together. This home ahd 5 large, well appointed bedrooms & some sleeper sofa's (which we did not use)The master suite, bathroom & walk in closet was huge! It even had a foldaway babybed, which could be used anywhere in the house or patio. The house as clean & had plenty of space, including 3 car garage & very large driveways. We enjoyed the open floor plan for kitchen/family room, separate room with pool/pingpong table., However could not eat together as the "dining room" table only sat 4. The yard was lovely, but it was too cool to swim in the small pool at the time we were there. Multiple TV's & game systems in different rooms helped keep the kids happy. Loved the neighborhod & gated community. We mostly just "hung out", but really enjoyed a day trip to Sedona, a spring training baseball game, outdoor art festival in Tempe, & the fabulous Botanical gardens in Phoenix. Thank you, Michele, for the new grill & suppimental bottled water (the water purifier wasn't working quite right). I hope the next renteres have as good a time as we did!

Very nice home, large, clean and in a beautiful, safe neighborhood. Easy access to major roads and lots of nearby stores for groceries, etc. Owner even delivered a new gas grill to replace the broken one that was there when we arrived. WiFi was a plus and worked very well. No dining area - table for four in a 5 bedroom house is our only complaint. The beautiful granite-topped island had plenty of stools and there were two outdoor tables with chairs along with other outdoor furniture and a fire pit. Could have used a few more pots and pans and glasses - but it was really no big deal to do with what we had. Fun place to stay. Thank you, Michelle. We really enjoyed our stay.
