The house is located in the heart of Bend and all that central Oregon has to offer. The house was built in 2006 and is over 3000 square feet with five bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, den "playroom", billiard room and a great room that makes it a perfect place to stay while in Bend. Whether a business trip, family vacation or time with friends, this house is perfect.
The main floor has tile entry, half bath and wood floors. The great room has lush carpet, fireplace, piano and a large HD TV with full cable package, DVD and stereo system. The dining room offers seating for six plus the oversized bar that offers seating for another four or more. It has a very open feel with a tile bathroom off the entry and a bedroom off the kitchen (see bedroom 5 for more detail) complete the main level.
The upstairs master has a deluxe queen-size bed and a spacious bathroom with a double vanity, private toilet, walk-in shower and a soaking tub. A TV with full cable, DVD and VCR make it the perfect retreat.
The second bedroom is huge! It has a loft-style deluxe twin bed, desk and double futon for sitting or sleeping. With three large windows and small TV and VCR, it makes the ideal room.
The third bedroom is upstairs, has deluxe twin bunk beds. With a desk and comfortable décor, it is a fun room.
The fourth room has double twin beds. This room can be slightly modified to fit your needs.
The den "playroom" upstairs has a large screen television with DVD player, Nintendo game cube, karaoke machine, pinball, movies, games, puzzles, books and a double futon. Great place for all ages to play or watch a movie. There is also a large bathroom with double vanity, shower and tub and full laundry room upstairs.
The fifth bedroom is downstairs (off the kitchen) and has a double bed. This room can also be slightly modified to meet your needs. For Business services such as computer, fax, printer and other office supplies can be arranged. The room has lots of options for your stay.
The house also has a nice fenced yard with a patio and barbecue. Great place to have a summer dinner! We also offer small rafts, inner tubes, bikes and other items to make your stay as enjoyable as possible.
This house is close to all the fun activities in and around Bend. Less than two miles from The Old Mill District, the Deschutes River there are lots of activities for your stay. A favorite afternoon for us is to put inner tubes in the Deschutes River and get out at the old mill for some food or drinks at Anthony's or Red Robin.
Another favorite is catching a concert at the Les Schwab amphitheater or a round of golf at a nearby course. Not to mention the great shopping at the Old Mill, downtown and surrounding towns of Sisters and Redmond. A day in Bend can easily accommodate a round of golf in the morning, floating the river in the afternoon, having a bite to eat at the Old Mill while watching the sunset and returning to the house for a movie or a game of pool. All within a couple of miles from this great home!
