A spacious vacation condominium( 1480 sq. ft), in the heart of Palm Springs, close to everything: Spa Resort Casino, convention center ,Aerial Tramway, downtown, dozens of restaurants, airport, golf, hiking, bike trails, movie theatres and other desert cities. You can drive, walk or ride a bike to downtown in 5 minutes. Joshua Tree National Park is only one hour away.
This "home away from home" is a one level unit that is quiet and private. All windows are actually sliding glass doors that open and look onto gated courtyards and is on the grounds of GREENHOUSE EAST, a beautifully landscaped property which is also gated. From the grounds there are magnificent views of the local mountains, a large lap pool, hot tub and private tennis court surrounded by lawn, flowers, and palm, citrus and olive trees.
This unit is beautifully furnished with Asian antiques and contemporary furniture. All floors throughout are Saltillo tile, as are both the private courtyards.
The two bedrooms are separated by the living room, so each is very private. Each bedroom has new California King Size beds, each it's own full bath, patio access and large closet. The dining table seats 4 or up to 8 with two leaves. There is a newly remodeled kitchen that is fully equipped and has Corian countertops. There are skylights in the kitchen and both baths, which bath them in natural light. Antique Japanese screens and original art grace the walls.
This condominium was designed as a second home. I am an interior designer and it is furnished with many unique Asian antiques and unusual pieces of contemporary furniture. In other words, it does not look like your usual vacation rental. Everything is top quality from the linens to the dishes. Everyone who stays here remarks on how comfortable and at home they feel.
This is a one story building that shares walls on two sides with two other units. You will never see nor hear either neighbor. I have more photos available my email. There is a large swimming pool on the grounds shared by the other 48 units, but there are rarely ever more than 10 people at the pool.Next to the pool is a large spa tub and next to that is the sunken tennis court.

I chose this unit because unlike almost every other condominium in Palm Springs, it had two private courtyards that all the windows look onto.

I am an interior designer, based in Portland, Oregon. I used this condominium for many years to escape the rain and as a showcase for my work, as I carried out many projects in the desert. Now I find myself traveling internationally and don't make it to the desert very often, so I have decided to rent.

We're back from Palm Springs a month now, and still miss the warm, sunny days and Robert's wonderful condo, our home away from home for the month of April. The condo met all our expectations, very quiet & private, spacious rooms, comfortable beds, beautifully decorated throughout. We spent most of our time outside in the beautiful courtyard garden amidst the flowering shrubs, the fountain., and picked lemons from the lemon tree every morning. There were three of us for a two week period, and the two master bedrooms were perfect for our needs. The grounds are very well maintained and the pool area clean and inviting. We were welcomed by Doug, who made our arrival so easy, and who was always available if we had any questions., we appreciated the information on restaurants, grocery stores, coffee shops etc. We tried many of them, and ran out of time!. We've rented with VRBO for many years, in the US, Mexico, Europe and this condo was by far the best we've ever stayed in. We would highly recommend this condo. We hope to return again soon.

This condo is exactly as described and better. We stayed here for the month of November. The design is perfect for 2 couples with both bedrooms having comfortable kingsize beds and ensuite bathrooms. The patio is tranquil and it is special being able to pick a lemon from the tree. Greenhouse East complex grounds are impecably maintained and secure. We were able to walk to the movie theatre, restaurants and down town. Doug, the manager, is very accommodating and looks after every need. We would definitely stay here again. Jack and Jenny

this condo far exceeded my expectations. the photos dont fully capture the experience of being in the courtyard garden with the fountain trickling away and the humming birds feasting on the flowers. It really is a beautiful spot. the condo has everything you need. very comfortable beds, pool and hot tub very relaxing and the best thing of all, it's so so private and quiet. i have never slept so well. was graciously received by doug the condo manager who could not have been more helpful. downtown is 5 minutes in the car, so too is the airport. i would recommend this to someone who wanted to rest and yet still have activities close to hand. i recommend a visit to the joshua tree national park and a trip with the celebrity tours tour bus. as for eating, for everyday fare, sherman's deli is excellent and inexpensive. i will be back!!

My husband, our friend and I had a great visit to Palm Springs, due in part the this lovely condo. The two master bedrooms allow privacy, the living room is both stylish and comfortable and the patio with the fountain is a wonderful place to sit and ponder the wonders of the day. Everything about this rental went off like clockwork and I would highly recommend a stay.

We have stayed in Robert's Condo twice now and have enjoyed the location and the many amenities his place has to offer. A very unique townhome!!!!
