This house was great for us and our guests before and after our son's wedding in the area. It was a perfect place for a party for 25! The kitchen had just about everything we needed with beautiful large serving bowls. Nice areas for guests to gather on various sofas and table, island to have a luscious salad bar, and decks for overflow. The BBQ worked fine. Lovely bedrooms and big tub for relaxing.When the weather was unseasonably cool, the house was cozy and views always gorgeous. A lovely stay!

Our stay during Christmas 2011 will long be treasured. What a wonderful location....WOW! The view from the front deck is amazing..Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beatiful home. I can't say enough about this house. It is a beautiful open floor plan without an inch of wasted space. The view from the front decks were gorgeous- I made every excuse to sit out there. There is also a back deck off of two of the bedroom that is very quiet and private. The house was just as it said in the listing and the pictures were acurate. Gina was great and kept in contact with us throughout our stay. We made a huge Thanksgiving dinner and had everything we needed. The beach was a pleasant walk from the house and so were several restaraunts. We went to Tijuana, Mexico just as easily as we went to Hollywood. We had such a great time we didn't want to come home. The kids are already talking about next year's trip!!

My Husband and our 2 pups ( Bentley and Eva) just loved the house and its location. The best part of the house besides the beautiful view was the the deck.There were times I could not get my pups to come in cause they just loved laying there in the breeze. We also loved that we could have breakfast and dinner out there many times. Location was great, Salt Creak Beach became our favourite place. Gina and Harold thank you so much for letting us rent your beautiful home for a month. If the pups could talk I am sure they would say the same they made a lot of friends there too. I have rented many homes in SOCAL and this was, without a doubt, the best rental experience ever! The views are over the top. The interior was just as described and shown in photos. Gina is a fabulous hostess who made us feel very welcome in every way. Our dachshund Bopper loved the dog park across the way. I recommend the home without reservation!

Oh my goodness, where do I begin.We enjoyed our stay at the Dana Point vacation home so much!! The owners were so sweet and available to help with any questions we had during our stay. This 2 bedroom house was so much more roomy then I expected. There was not only queen sized beds in each room but a pull out couch in the guest room and a huge sectional couch upstairs that could easily sleep kids...and adults! It was so comfortable, it felt like a home away from home and we found it very easy to relax! I loved so much that this home was dog friendly (that was one of my main concerns before we left home) Our little dog Zoe just loved sitting out on the patio or lounging around the house.The patio with the swing chair was an awesome place to sit during the day but I especially liked it at night, watching the sunset over the beautiful ocean view. WOW! Just spectacular. We loved sitting outside on the deck to have our coffee in the mornings and even had dinner outside and while watching the sunset. I really appreciated the gift basket and the book with information that the owners left out for us so we could see all the activities and sightseeing that were available close by. The freeway was only down the street and so it was very easy to jump on the freeway and go to San Diego or LA. The Dana Point harbor was also really close, so pretty there and had alot of fun things to do and great restaurants....but I have to say, having the kitchen saved us alot of money eating out! What a spectacular place to stay. Coming from Ireland is a long flight and so having such an awesome, comfortable place to stay really made our trip. We will definitly be back!

Gina and Harold, We had a great time in Dana Point. Your home is beautiful and is in the perfect spot. We had our friends wedding across the street and spent lots of time across the street in the marina area with the dogs. The parks are wonderful! Gina & Harold, your house is AMAZING!!! We had the best fireworks show on the 4th and didn't even have to leave the pourch! We love the BBQ and relaxing on the deck outside. This was the best vacation spot it is so close to everything we even rented electric bikes down the road. Your house is lovely & we hope to come back.

Our dogs loved your house. They would sit on the deck for hours letting the breeze blow in their faces. I’ve never seen them so content. It’s like they were on vacation too. There were so many places and outdoor restaurants we could take them to. Our favorite was the harbor. Everybody had a dog, it was really fun. Chris

A Dog's Paradise in Dana point

We had a wonderful time in your home. The best part was watching the sun go down over the water with a glass of wine. The view is spectacular. We felt very comfortable and at home. We love your house because it’s so close to everything. Last year we went Legoland, the San Diego Zoo, Laguna Beach, whale watching and a Padres game. This year I took my boys to go see the Dodgers and the Angels. We also went to Hollywood, Universal Studios and took surfing lessons. The boys can’t wait to come back.
