this home was described as being a luxury celebrity home and the pictures are either old or taken at angles that are not really representative of this home. it was a big disappointment for me and my family. the house had a musty odor throughout. some of the bathrooms reeked of urine. we even found 2 live lizards in one of the upstairs closets. the beds and linens were not what you would expect of a "luxury" home as described. couldn't wait to leave the property, this place might be good for college kids on spring break. I really could not recommend this to a friend or relative. the nice thing is that the manager Min was easy to communicate with and the agency also had good communication.

Owner response: We are very disappointed to get this poor review since we were never given the chance to make this guest more comfortable. We pride ourselves on maintaining excellent properties and just hours before this guest’s arrival, a crew of 3 scrubbed the place top to bottom using disinfectant in the baths and kitchen. Any smell would have been dealt with immediately, if communicated to our property manager. This property is in Miami Beach... a very tropical and moist area, just a block from the water. Dehumidifiers are used during the summer, but are rarely needed in the spring. We would have happily turned them on for this guest. And unfortunately, lizards come with the sun and the beach. They are completely harmless and only come in if the doors are left open. The lense that was used to photograph our property is a wide angle lense, used to capture as much of the room as possible. We aren’t hiding anything! This can distort the size of the rooms, but this is a lovely home with plenty of space to settle in. We are not sure of the expectation of this guest as far as linens, but sheets and towels are all fresh and clean and 100% cotton. This property is not at all appropriate for college kids on spring break. This is a very lovely 1930’s home in an exclusive and quiet neighborhood.

I had a great time in Miami, the property was spacious, cozy and beautiful. I liked that it was slightly secluded but close enough to drive to all main attractions. Min was also a great help as well. She was very welcoming. I would recommend the property to friends and anyone who is looking for a vacation rental in that area.
