Owners easy to work with. We had no special requests or complications. Expections of the unit were met and we were happy. Having stayed one night in a " hotel" unit last year prepared us to bring a small room fan for each bedroom. There are no ceiling fans or a/ c. If u come to this resort you might want to bring one of those small tower fans that has a/c for sleeping comfort. Though there was a strong breeze, none of that refreshing breeze made it through our open windows. Unit is well stocked and pleasant. We would rent again if we were to return. As for the resort, the pools were great. A big bummer was the fire pit was not working. I specifically selected this resort over a few others because the fire pit is THAT nice. Mgt. tried but had no luck :(. BBQs worked out fine. Tons of fun and mountains biking. Get the unlimited pass at the ski resort and have a ball! Ride your bike to Reds Meadow and take the shuttle up. Fun! If you golf, go to snow creek golf course on tuesday. They have a 2 for 1 rate. Thanks Jill.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers, people with disabilities.
Owner response: Hi Judith, Thank you so much for the review. Sorry about the fire pit - that is a bummer. Will give Juniper Springs Lodge a call and find out what's going on with it. Since we have not been there during the height of summer, didn't realize it got warm in the condo. We will make sure we have a couple fan/air conditioners for our future guests. Thanks for booking with us!

Owner info
Year Purchased: 2009
About the owner: We love Mammoth and spend as much time as we can there. We've wanted to own a place there for years and have stayed in many different condos over the years. We are very excited to now call Juniper Springs Lodge our home away from home.
Why the Owner Chose Juniper Springs:
Parking in Mammoth is very difficult. At Juniper Springs Lodge, you park your vehicle in a covered garage at the beginning of your stay and don't use it until you leave. The convenience of being slopeside allows members of the family to begin their ski day at different times, meet conveniently for lunch, or return for an extra pair of gloves.
