Year Purchased: 1997
Mike and I have owned in Kelly Greens since 1997, purchasing a Manor as rental property for in-season. We absolutely love Kelly Greens and love this location! With our daughters becoming teenagers, we actually purchased another property in Kelly Greens in 2007, which gives us a bit more room for the kids and their friends in our off-season visits. We feel that we go the extra mile for our renters. We keep the unit fully furnished, updated and with all the extras to make it feel like ‘home-away-from-home’. We live in Indianapolis, Indiana and always look forward to visiting Kelly Green, the golf course ... AND THE SEAFOOD!!
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
We love the convenience of being close to Sanibel Island and Fort Myers Beach. We prefer the quiet Sanibel beach and renting bikes at Billy Bike Rentals. The Florida breeze is fantastic and we often open the back lanai door and prop the front door, getting that fresh breeze throughout the day. Enjoy our new addition, "Diego" our crab on the back lanai. Turn on the white lights in our unique golf bag holder for a fun-filled evening overlooking the awesome sunsets!

This condo is perfect. It is in a wonderful area, close to everything and perfect for me. It is right across from the pool and hot tub, has plenty of room and is well appointed. The owners are wonderful people and will answer any questions and are prompt to assist you if you run into any problems. I have been staying there each year for about the past 5 years when I am down playing baseball.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.
