The full kitchen with maple cabinets and center island is fully equipped. Watch the news on a 42" flat screen, or enjoy your favorite music. Washer, dryer and all bed linens and towels are included.
The West side location allows easy access to area shopping, Pima Community College, the U of A, local site seeing that includes Old Tucson, Tucson Desert Museum, Saguaro National Park and many great restaurants within the city.
The home is available for weekly (7 days) rental or for one month.

I have lived in this area many years and love the peaceful surroundings. This property was originally built for my father who pasted away before he had a chance to enjoy it. The many compliments we have received from friends and family members is what encouraged us to make it a vacation destination. We spent a week in the guesthouse and had a wonderful time. The property is first-rate and well-appointed. The mountain and desert views are great. The location provides a nice combination of seclusion and easy access to the University area and downtown (~10 minute drive). Our daughter is already insisting that we rent the house again on our next trip to Tucson!
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, adventure seekers, sightseeing, families with young children.

Steve and Susan: I want to than you for being such gracious hosts. My business partner and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay last week at your lovely condo. It had everything we could have expected and more. We each made comments about how well we slept, which is a testament to a good bed. That is the one thing most people don't do well when they travel - sleep. Of course the nice warm days made things more enjoyable also. You may be certain if I'm ever in your area again, I will be certain to call you for reservations.
