This place was sooooooooooo great, loved the neighborhood, loved the house, and really loved the people who owned the property. Thank you very much Marty and Laura for everything you have done for us. You two will always be family from now on. We Had Blast!!!!

Every need was met, the house was so clean,comfortable and roomy owners were available whenever we needed them. Our children enjoyed playing in the back yard, we enjoyed grilling ribs and chicken from the local meat market on the stainless gas grill on the patio as they played. The Mountain Views were phenomenal and access to the Western Playland, Horse track/casino and outlet malls was quick and easy. The business office, wifi and HD flatscreens were greatly appreciated and utilized. We look forward to returning to this VRBO location one of the best of our many wonderful VRBO adventures! Enjoy for yourselves, definitely "2 resounding thumbs up", "5 Stars" and "5 Jalapenos" by any measure!!!

Great attention to detail from owners!

We stayed here in late May / early June and loved our time. The linens and towels were clean and very organized. All bathrooms and "extras" just in case you forgot something just like a hotel would provide. The neighborhood was very quiet and safe. My hubby and I went running every morning and loved the dry, cool air ( a treat for us!). Grocery stores and restaurants are less then a 5 minute drive. Very nice property and the owners were great communicators and answered all our questions professionally. We would highly recommend this property to others.

Fabulous weekend

I had invited my wife to find really nice lodging for an anniversary weekend in El Paso and, much to my surprise, she found this instead of a suite at the Marriott or some similarly high-priced hotel. I was more than pleased with her selection and the weekend was better than it could have been at anyplace else. We were greeted when we arrived with a large fruit plate, a bottle of good champagne, and much more than the website promised in amenities. The home has everything you miss you stay at a hotel - large screen HD televisions (in the LR and every bedroom), DVD players in the LR and master BR, DVRs attached to the cable in the LR and master BR; all the kitchen appliances (toaster and large coffee pot); and, most importantly, PRIVACY. It is conveniently located to nice restaurants, the casino and racetrack, and numerous malls and shopping centers. We plan on returning often, and even bringing family and friends since the house sleeps 10 and has a large backyard with tables and a large gas grill. There is nothing I could find wrong with the house.

Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, romantic getaway.

Our stay was absolutely perfect, thanks to all of Marty's helpful suggestions!! He gave me valuable input that I wouldn't have been able to get staying in a hotel. The house is located in a very safe neighborhood and was much more impressive than the depicted pictures. The decor alone left us speechless. Every necessary household item was provided, as well as board games that the whole family could enjoy. I can't thank Marty enough for everything he did to make my family's stay so wonderful and would definitely rent from him again if ever back in El Paso.

I recently stayed here with my son and his family. The place was beautiful and spacious with great backyard - all the comforts of home, owners are great down to earth people who were more then accomindating, they made us feel like we were family - If you have family memebers in the military and need a place to stay - this is it- much better then a hotel or for what ever reasons you find yourself in the area this a great place to stay!

Outstanding House and Location

As with the other comments, we stayed for our "bowling" vacation. This is my second time renting a place from VRBO and I can wholeheartedly say it was worth it. The girls were very impressed with all the little "luxuries" and I got the kudo's for not booking a hotel room. Marty's hosting was outstanding. Although we didn't see much of him, due to our schedule, we did follow his directions on how to get from one place to another in El Paso. This is the kind of service you just can't get from a hotel. Thank you Marty for making us feel at home.

Recommended for: Families with young children, girls getaway.

Listing description accurate, Photos true to conditions, and property VERY clean & well-maintained. OWNER is more than helpful -- with super communciation prior to arrival, answering any/all questions we had via emails. Met us upon arrival & toured the home, explained everything in detail, even helped w/luggage! Accommodations are ABOVE & beyond what we expected -- and sooo many extra touches to make our stay over the top. Perfect location -- whether heading to downtown El Paso, Las Cruces, Carlsbad, or where ever else you may want to go. We found it very convenient for all our sight-seeing trips, as well as restaurants, fast foods, Movie Theatre, shopping -- all close by. It's a perfect 'spot' with very easy access to/from main roads. Well-maintained neighborhood that 4 woman over 50 felt secure to come & go each day. Whether you want to relax and sit outside, or stay indoors, it's a very comfortable home to enjoy. Stayed a week -- WISH we had reason to head back to EL PASO! Would definitely recommend to friends & family interested in the El Paso area. Can't say enough about this lovely home -- It's beautifully decorated, has TV's in every bedroom, upstairs computer area/internet access, DVDs/Videos, Stereo, washer/dryer, all the essentials in the kitchen, as well as spices, can goods, small appliances, and even the bathrooms are stocked with blow dryers, curling iron, soaps & shampoos, and even toothbrushes if you happened to forget yours. Definitely a 'NO PLACE LIKE HOME' feeling! PERFECT in every way!

Five ladies want to thank Marty & Laura for making our vacation in El Paso one of the best we've ever had! The bowling was just the excuse to get us there! Marty was even nice enough to let us ship our bowling balls ahead of time. It was so nice to have a comfortable place to come home to after sightseeing all day. This was a wonderful experience for us.The house was great, comfortable and convenient to shopping. The Landlords were fantabulous! We felt like we were around family. We highly recommend this home and their owners.

We were very pleased with all of the accommodations at this rental. The property owners went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable including providing us with information on local "hot spots" and activities. A rarity, snow was on hand during our stay in "Sunny" El Paso, but we loved it.

I just viewed the Casa Del Sol Naciente house and I can say, if I were visiting El Paso,I would love to stay at this house. The art work alone is worth seeing up close and personal. Such comforts and attention to detail are amazing. Anyone who wanted to have a true "home in the southwest" experience while visiting the Sun City, would be impressed by how beautiful the house is inside and out. I would recommend to anyone to stay at this house, over a hotel anytime. Beautiful!!

I had Clients in town and wanted to put them up in something better than a single crowded hotel room. For virtually the same rate, I was able to treat them to all the comforts of home, with easy access to I-10. I've heard only rave reviews, I'll be booking again, soon.

Can't tell you how much we enjoyed our stay. Each room was warm and inviting. Loved the comfy chairs in the office and living room. Your gesture of having milk, juice, coffee, fruit and wine available was much appreciated. Knowing I did not have to run to the store added so much to my relaxing experience. Thanks for everything. We will be back!
