Magnificent new Pinehurst construction conveniently located off Midland Road in small private development. Located across the street from National Golf Club and close to the Pinehurst Resort and all area golf courses.
Large kitchen/breakfast room with granite countertops, stainless appliances and breakfast nook with table that seats six. Beautiful wood floors, spacious master with double sinks and walk-in shower with rainhead showerhead.
Large great room with 50" flat screen HD TV, Ipod/Iphone music docking stations, new leather sofa, loveseat and chair. Nintendo Wii console with Madden Football and Tiger Woods Golf included to entertain kids and adults along with foosball table, shuffleboard table and poker table top/chips for card players. Attached open dining room has large table with seating for up to eight.
The house has twelve beds total, consisting of two queens, eight doubles and two twins.
Main level has 4 bedrooms, 2 and 1/2 baths, laundry room and dining area. Second floor has a bonus room with television and sitting area, a bedroom and a full bath.
All of our houses contain a large supply of towels, soap, shampoo and paper products. Laundry room has a full size washer/dryer for your use.
The house has a side load two car garage and ample off-street parking.

Date of stay Dec. 17 We had a preChristmas family reunion with my group from FL, my brother's family from AZ and the in-laws from Chapel Hill. Pinehurst was the ideal spot and 7 Glenross was the PERFECT house! Next time we will bring our golf clubs but this particular weekend was about gathering as a family and making memories! I can't praise Jacqui from Clubhouse Properties enough for all her great organization with directions, helpful hints and recommendations. The dinner at Ironwood Cafe was superb! I met Steve as I was just getting to the house and mentioned that we loved pancakes and asked if the kitchen had a griddle. By the time I returned from Whole Foods (excellent) a brand new electric griddle was in the house! Now that's what I call service! My in-laws had nothing but the best of compliments on their master suite. The upstairs worked perfectly for the brother, wife and their 2 kids. All beds were reported to be comfortable. I have rented from VRBO many times throughout NC and elsewhere and found that this particular house was very open with all the necessary pots, pans and working appliances. (ok, maybe the stove top was a little funky)! The kids and adults loved the shuffle board! Thank you again for a truly memorable albeit too short stay!

We recently stayed in this house while in Pinehurst for the NC High School State Championships. Having a house to go back to after a long day on the course is so much better than going to a hotel. The team was very comfortable with enough space to do homework or relax with a movie on the big screen. The 12 beds were perfect for everyone to have their own. The bathrooms allowed everyone to get ready without long waits...and the master shower was in high demand! The team decided that another fundraiser is in order so we can stay in this house again!

Our group (12 golfers) visit a new location every year and I rate the experience booking thru Sandhill Properties at the top of the list. The house is in pristine condition and we were more than comfortable at this convenient location close to the quaint downtown area. Forget about traveling to Ireland or Scotland until you experience the golf courses of Pinehurst. Jacqui and Steve were very accommodating and helped organize our tee times as well as recommend restaurants and other things to do in the Village of Pinehurst. If you’re thinking about a golf vacation in Pinehurst than 7 Glenross Drive is your spot! We’ll be back next year and thank you Steve and Jacqui for making this one of the more enjoyable trips our group has ever experienced!

I just recently stayed at this property in Pinehurst, NC with a group of 12 friends for a weekend of Pinehurst golf. I have never rented a house anywhere for any reason so I was unsure of what to expect with this experience. I then got in touch with Jacqui from Clubhouse Properties (the company who owns the house) and she then sent me information about the house, location, rates etc… I then had a phone conversation with her and all I can say is that the overall experience of dealing with Jacqui and Clubhouse Properties was fantastic. The customer service is something that you will not find anywhere in today’s day. It is the most personalized service you could receive and any questions that I had leading up to the day of our trip was answered quickly and accurately by Jacqui. There were no “hidden fees,” surprises of any kinds etc… Everything was explained up front and you knew exactly what you were getting. Also, paying for the rental property was extremely easy. As for the house, it is phenomenal! It is centrally located 3 to 4 minutes from the Pinehurst Resort, Mid Pines, Pine Needles, Tallamore etc... It is also about 5 minutes from downtown Pinehurst and 10 minutes from Southern Pines, NC. The house is located on a private drive which is extremely quiet. The house has 6 bedrooms and 12 beds. It had 3 ½ baths, foosball and shuffleboard which was a lot of fun on those rainy North Carolina days. It also had a flat screen tv, leather couches, Wii, Stainless Steel appliances, BBQ grill, washer and dryer, fresh linens, and a deck with rocking chairs etc… The house came with all types of plates and silverware etc. Also, fresh and clean linens were provided when we arrived along with a welcome packet that contained lots of good phone numbers of local restaurants, attractions, taxi cabs etc.. The house was extremely clean with everything in working order. All in all it was the perfect house to rent for a guys weekend of golf. Even with 12 people under one roof, we never felt cramped or on top of each other. I would rent this house even if I didn’t have 12 golfers again as it just has everything and has a great location. Clubhouse Properties and Jacqui was a home run and I would highly, highly recommend.

We had a guys golf weekend in Pinehurst and this was a perfect place for us to stay. The house is large, accomodatating, and close to everything. We grilled/cooked both nights and enjoyed beers on the patio out back. The owner did everything possible to make our stay outstanding and we look forward to returning next year.

For the past 20 years a group of 12 of our ladies have gone to Pinehurst in early March to signal the end of winter. We have stayed at various places through the years. This year we stayed at 7 Glenross Drive. It was a wonderful trip. We loved the house . It was clean and neat. We came back from golf and prepared out dinners on the gas grill. The people at Sandhill Golf Packages arranged all our tee times at different courses. They were the best people I have ever worked with. The price was very reasonable. It was one of our best trips ever. We will certainly be back next year.

Myself and three of my closest friends arranged a package through Sandhills Golf and rented this house. I would highly recommend it. It was a great house and an awesome trip. The house had everything and more. Way more than enough room. I even had my own floor/private bath and all. The house is like new!!!! Big screen TV, surround sound, Nice shaded porch. Close to everything. Sandhills also arranged great golf for us. Some great restaurants in Pinehurst. A fantastic house, great trip! Definite do-again. Wouldn't hesitate a bit.

Our tennis team had a great time at this house---there were 8 of us staying there and 7 had their own bedroom...........we had plenty of space for another team and their husbands come over for a pizza party...........we enjoyed sitting on the deck and telling stories.............the house was very clean with a lot of basics in the kitchen cabinents.........we had a plumbing problem and it was fixed very promptly...............I would definitely stay there again................PMB

This was our first time to Pinehurst and it won't be our last. The house is very convenient to the Pinehurst Village and many superb golf courses. The owner provides exceptional service in making recommendations to attractions, restaurants, shopping etc (by the way, for groceries the Fresh Market is by far the best) . They are present to check you into the house and quickly came back to the house when we couldn't figure out the WiFi configuration. The owner also arranged two golf outings for my son and me - one at Pinehurst #5 and one at National - both were outstanding. All I had to do was show up and hit the ball - in fact the owner played with us at #5. The house has many amenities and is very comfortable. The foosball and shuffleboard table were big hits with my son and his friends. The house sits on the end of a cul-de-sac on a private road - you do hear the traffic along a nearby road but it is not bothersome. The photos of the property are accurate. The property was clean and very well maintained. Our family would come back here in a heartbeat. Absolutely loved it.
