With over 1000 square feet of decks, each room enjoys access to wrap around porches which overlook the scenic park on the front and private nature preserve on the rear. Bedrooms have been tastefully furnished to insure comfort. Each suite includes flat screen TV and private bath. The Master Suite has been enhanced for the King and Queen with Iron Canopy Bed, Antique Armoire with 37" Plasma. It's bath includes double vanities, walk in shower, and soaking tub complemented by fine linens.

Why the Owner Chose WaterColor
We stumbled upon Watercolor by chance in 2007 and fell at first site. The quality of the landscaping and meticulous care for the development is what first catches the eye. When you add the 4 community pools, beach club, tennis, bike trails you soon realize why it was voted Americas top family destination. The unique blend of peaceful ambiance with the vibrant life around neighboring Seaside provides something for everyone. As our girls grow, priorities change yet Watercolor has the consistent appeal to all ages. We have not found another property where you can park your car for the entire stay. Everything is truly a bike ride away. It is paradise.

We have 3 very discriminating teens girls. Watercolor has been first vote that was unanimous in many years. If you have teens, you can appreciate finding the one spot on earth that can deliver to all. Truly defies teen logic. We feel very fortunate to have found Watercolor and blessed to call it our 2nd home.

My family recently visited this property and stayed the week after July 4th. The house was beautiful with all the amenities. My two kids had a blast being close to Camp Watercolor and a short bike ride away from the beach. I have no complaints about my stay and will be back next year. I definitely recommend this property.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

Our family just returned from staying in "Location and Luxury". We could not have been more happy. The location to Camp Watercolor was great, the house very well decorated, and all very reasonable compared to other 4 bedroom homes in Watercolor. We found the owners to be very helpful and efficient in the rental process. We would recommend this property to our friends.
