Located in a private cult-a-sac our home offers you private access to Goose Pasture Tarn, a private lake which provides great hikes and fishing. Our home also offers you fantastic mountain views and gives you a peaceful feeling. It offers the best that the Rocky Mountains has to offer and has easy access to town from our plowed roads.
Enjoy our Bright, Sunny home Summer or Winter and it is just 3 minutes south of Breckenridge. We are in town and parked at the mountain in just 7 minutes out our door during the busy winter season!
Down Hill skiing and riding is some of the best in the world! Visit Copper Mountain, Keystone or A-basin which are all about 20 minutes away or enjoy Vail the best mountain the world which is only 30 minutes away. After a day on the slopes come relax your muscles in our private hot tub and enjoy a cold beverage on the sun deck.
In the summer come enjoy world class Restaurants, Shopping, Fishing, Hiking and Rafting... All that Breckenridge and Summit County has to offer is so close. The Outlets at Silverthorne are a beautiful 20 minute drive.
You are granted access to our private lake which has outstanding fishing and boating. There is also Lake Dillon where sailing/kayaking/fishing is only 15 minutes away and Fantastic Blue River Fishing and Hiking are right outside our door!
We have high speed internet throughout the house. Our home has One King size bed, one Queen sized bed, two twin beds, two fold out coach beds and a futon. We also offer two large TVs, DVD and CD players along with a collection of DVDs and CDs.
The house comes furnished with couches and relaxing chairs as well as a beautiful dining table. Everything you need is available to you and our kitchen is stocked with great cutlery, dishes & every utensil needed for great meals on our Electric Range and stove and outdoor gas grill.
For recreation the house has a pool table and a hot tub.
