There is not a more convenient location in Charleston to get into and out of from I26 that is also close to the historic areas, the countryside, beaches and is located in a safe, secure community.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
This property is great for taking in all of Charleston -- the beautiful historic areas, the exciting new restaurants and lounges, our sprawling beaches and the hidden gems in the Low Country countryside with ease and security.
I enjoy being able to relax in comfort so that I can re-charge for the coming day of activities. At this property I have no hassles: free off street parking, plush bed linens with comfy pillows, over-sized bathroom with room to spare (you have to see it to believe it), walk-in-closet for my clothes that need hanging, a plush sofa to relax on in the evenings and beautiful, private relaxing views of the marsh.
As Charleston is a driving town, I appreciate how easy it is getting into and out of, particularly to and from I26 and Highway 17. I dislike traffic and waiting, this location is perfect for me!
When in town, I am less than 5 minutes from my favorite restaurants and coffee houses in the East Bay / Meeting Street / Broad Street historic Triangle. I can pop into my favorite coffee house, grab a tall coffee, and then enjoy walks along the South of Broad neighborhood and Rainbow Row, or take in King Street for some shopping.
When I feel like relaxing at my "locals-only-know-about" restaurants in the Charleston countryside, I enjoy the beautiful Oak Tree canopied drives through some of the most historic lands in the South.
In general, its the perfect mix of location and features for my active lifestyle, need for comfort and safety.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at your condo. The views were peaceful, and the furnishings and artwork showed taste. It was just a quick hop onto the highway to take us right into Charleston, and there were lots of great places to eat less than 5 minutes from the condo. Thanks again!

Wow! What a wonderful vacation we had in Charleston! Charleston is phenomenal and definitely the best kept secret in the country. Our accomodations were perfect in many ways including location specifically. We look forward to staying with you again on next year in the 2nd week of November. Just wanted to say that my husband, infant, and I had a great time at your condo. It was convenient, well-equipped, very nicely furnished, and with great marsh views. Our stay in Charleston was very VERY comfortable. We had everything we needed and the Harris Teeter was very convenient too. I want to thank you for your many recommendations. Debbie was wonderful and the minute she held our son, he stopped crying. The park is adorable and it was fun to walk around and see the holiday lights being set up. The restaurants you suggested were great, and for our splurge dinner, we ended up going to Husk, and it was pretty good, but to be honest we liked lunch at Poogun (sp?)'s Porch better. And now we're following your other recommendation and are in Asheville right now. Didn't quite get to see and do as much as we'd like (baby kind of slow things down), but I guess that just leaves things to do when I come back (Charleston is a popular place for professional conventions)! Thank you very much and hope we'll be in contact again later!

The property was fantastic, the location was perfect... and btw, La Forchette was one of the best meals we ate while in Charleston (because of your recommendation), so thanks for those lists. Our stay was wonderfully memorable. But anyways, it was our pleasure and we very well may be contacting you again next summer or perhaps over Christmas!
